b-easy63...."More important, is how can Obama claim he can represent all Americans if he consistently keeps company with some who single out or condemn part of America? THAT is a more legitimate question that will get people to thinking."

GOOD POINT!!

Maybe Obama should change tickets, huh?

I bet Republicans like a Wright worshipper especially when he was a Muslim and deep inside he still is.

You destroy your own credibility when you post drivel such as this. there is no reason to lie on the man. He is not a muslim. YOu could argue that he is keeping company with radical views that alienate many other Americans. And for doing that, especially at the time of an election bring questions of his judgment up for scrutiny. But trying to get us to fear Muslims or say he is one is silly. Even if he is a muslim--so what? THAT is not the issue--we are not neo cons to be moved, swayed or brainwashed by fears of Muslims or anyone else. SAve it for the bush crowd.

More important, is how can Obama claim he can represent all Americans if he consistently keeps company with some who single out or condemn part of America? THAT is a more legitimate question that will get people to thinking.

"Truthbug"? What an ironic name. Obama was never a Muslim, and he''s disassociated himself from Wright''s offensive comments. Don''t you have any friends who say things you disagree with?

Didn''t this broad just say last week, that she was sticking to the issues, and not sticking to the mud. At least Barack''s judgement didn''t get tens of thousands maimed and wounded. This broad is pathetic, but she doesn''t have a clue, so no surprise.

OBAMA will not escape WRIGHT''s shadow especially he said that he CAN NOT DISOWN him. That means OBAMA is WRIGHT.

She will be asked about her tax returns as long as she continues to act as a school teacher by asking Obama to release his when she hasnt.

I am a woman and i wouldnt mind to have a woman prez but its just not Hillary. she has done to the woman presidency what she did to the health care - DESTROY IT. now we cant elect a woman and all she is doing is making sure the democratic party goes down with her
this kind of actions do not represent me as a woman that is why i would rather wait and elect another woman

Obama has already released his tax records for about the last 5 years or so. Hillary says it is a nice first step, now she wants him to release his state legislative record--all while she refuses to release any tax return that postdates when Bill was President. (meaning she has not released any since 1999)

Obama has to seriously consider what he is doing by staying with such a incendiary personality. He can keep his religion and mentor--but he must understand that they may not be compatible to being a perceived fair President to all Americans. For those who disagree--consider if a candidate was a member of the KKK or other far right, org that espoused racial condemnations. Do you think they could represent all parties? There is REAL merit to this question.

Now, of course after 10 days of taking the "high road" on this issue and refusing comment, Clinton is desperately trying to deflect whispers for her to get out and to turn attention away from her 4 time, 4 event lies about the sniper fire. BUT...having said all of that--I have to say, that I liked the way she answered that question. It was not nasty, it may have been planned, but she was trying very hard to be clear, put in her points and NOT offend potential voters from Obama that she might need later if she is the nominee. If not now, then if she is indeed exercising the "Tonya Harding" option, then in 2012. I think she answered it with class. She gets points for that, and though she is right that this is a personal choice I think we should all heed that message. It is as personal as who a man beds besides his wife or anything else. Should a man forsake his soul''s shepherd due to politics? But should a man''s shepherd be leading him in such a controversial way? On the one hand, I can respect it is none of our business--but on the other--since religious teachings DO influence how we perceive the world--

The people of Pennsylvania seem to really like her. I don''t think they really care if she is using the Tanya Harding strategy to knock out Obama. While it was an illegal maneuver to the Olympic Committee, apparently the Democratic National Convention folks look on it as a fine tactic. It says something about the Dems all together. Maybe Obama should change tickets, huh?
