Pop Quiz...

Sen John McCain wants to be ''maverick'' because:
a) He''d like to be thought of as Tom Cruise TOP GUN,
b) Sarah Palin is wingperson ''goose'',
c) Unlike Tom Cruise, McCain opted not to return his craft safely to carrier,
or, d) it''s the only explanation for such behavior.

If OBAMA really stood for "change" why did he pick a Washington Insider for a running mate?

Broken_USA My, my, my now that trailer trash remark was uncalled for. I''ll bet you voted for Gore just like I voted for Reagan, Bush I and Bush II.

If OBAMA is so great, why did he screw Hillary whom made history with her 18+ million voter campaign? His first major decision to show Americans he stood for "CHANGE" and he picked a guy that''s sat side-by-side with McCain for over 26 years. And you think he''s not playing you?

On foreign policy: imagine after years of unsanctioned assault on a sovereign nation -- no support from UN, little from NATO -- US offers a presidential candidate that self-proclaims to be "maverick." Delightful.

Old George W Bush wishes he had stayed on his Texas ranch with his cows. He is saying: "Golly Gee, why did I won''t to be president any whooo".

Broken_USA - Ever heard of DEREGULATION? Didn''t think so. Did you forget except for the last two years the repugs have been in control of both houses. And now GWB has used his veto powers over 500 in just the last two years.Go spew your ignorant nonsense elsewhere because it is obvious you don''t know what the hexx your talking about and your wasting my time. BTW have noticed now every blog you go to is pro Obama? Go to faux news, your ''kind'' will be welcomed there with open arms. And I don''t live in a trailor park, never did but I don''t put down people who do. I am a white woman yes but I hold a Masters in Child Psychology and you are definitely a ''case''.

the only mccain can win is if this country gets really really stupid again, it''s already happened twice and I sincerely hope most of us have gotten smarter. mccain and palin are running the sleaziest campaign imaginable, they are the worst of the worst, inciting riotous behavior by the lunatic fringe, the last thing this country needs is mccain/pailin. they have gone over to the dark side and sold any integrity they may have once had!

Yes McCain could rebound and he could also be hit by a falling peace of Russian space junk. On second thought, he has a better chance of being hit by falling space junk.

liberal4sure - you''re wrong, I voted for Al Gore, like you. I also voted for many other democraps that I''ve watched destroy the country like your pals on the Banking Committee that were told about the mortgage crisis by Bush/Paulson and did nothing but make more money off their friends on Wall Street--Dodd and Frank--do your homework. It was the liberals that pushed for subprime mortgages for trailor trash like you so they could get you into a house you couldn''t afford and then have you be your normal irresponsible self and default at the expense of hard working American, like me. Do you homework and use your brain to find out how much Obama is going to cost you.

It may be that RNC has confused ''maverick'' with malcontent:
