The last time we had a really young president, I was 2 years old. He almost ended the planet, had numerous girlfriends in the White House, and started a war we lost. Oh yeah, I''''m looking forward to the next juvenile delinquent in the power chair!

Wait, are you talking about JFK or Bill Clinton since Bill Clinton was younger when he was elected than Obama would be if he were elected.

Uh, he kept a nuclear war from starting by firmly negotiating with Kruschev. He continued a military policy in Viet Nam that was started by Truman and Eisenhower. He started a civil rights path that was continued by LBJ. He is considered one of the greatest Presidents because of the way he inspired the nation to greatness.

Your allusions to his dalliances does not change the fact that historians commonly place him on the short list fo greatest Presidents.

The Presidents that were younger than Obama would be if he is elected were; Teddy Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton and Ulysses S. Grant.

The Presidents that were older than McCain would be if he were elected were...N/A. The closest was Ronald Reagan...3 years McCains younger when he was elected.

Bad question. Age has nothing to do with being President; maturity does. Some people grow up young; others are still children at 80.

Well that''s not true my friend. I know I''m not near as patient and I forget things much worse now than when I was 46. In the Case of McSame... He can''t remember his position from one day to the next, thus he is flipping and flopping all over the place. That''s also, a very bad sign.

Yep, my "old friend" is too old to be president! Even now, he seems to be out of touch with us ordinary folks. He has confused issues and "misspoke" on numerous occasions. How can we depend on him to remember what he said in several years time when he is making all these errors now. Sure, people get confused sometimes, but haven seen him do it in front of the cameras the last times is really troubling. We need our leaders to be alert, and as leader of the topmost nation in the world, we cannot allow one who is forgetful and confuse to lead us into god knows where by mis-speaking. Granted, he would just follow the policies of GW, but the danger in that too is that he may not know or remember what these policies are!
