Cho Family Says It Feels "Hopeless, Helpless"; Vigils And Prayer Services Span U.S.
- From TODAYS ... CBS News story:
And I quote: "Roanoke Firearms sells about 2,500 guns a year, and this isn't first time his guns have been linked to a crime. According to ATF records, 32 guns involved in crimes between 1999-2003, including 27 handguns, were traced back to purchases from the store."
And thats just one little place in this great big country of ours. Do the math, thats roughly 32% of the guns bought in this ONE STORE that were traced back to violent crimes!! One store. Now ... do the math in your heads and try to get a number that would carry out NATION WIDE!! And keep in mind, Virginia (for the most part)is a low crime state.
Nahhhhhh .......we don't need tougher, revised gun laws folks, do we ????
Insane what the gun loving public won't admit. - Reply to this comment
- elgraz,
I know you're hurting, or you wouldn't say something like that. Faith in God is important, because He uses situations like this to strengthen our beliefe in Him, not throw him to the side like that. I'll pray for you. - Reply to this comment
- God who? There is no God. Where was God when the shooter was ready to kill ? God should have intervened and knocked off the basssssssssssstard. Instead God allowed this tragedy to take place. For what reason????? And don't tell me, "God works in mysterious ways". It won't fly.

- All that we can do for those families is just pray and know that God had a much better purpose for these people . I do wish that the reporters and other media would leave these mourners to grieve.
