Bring it on. The way I see it, human nutrition should be a fundamental part of our educational system; what could be more life affirming then that. A better educated consumer will make better food choices and the food "industry" will be forced to respond; just as the car industry in response to more fuel efficient ("health-conscious?") vehicles. Americans for decades have been lulled into thinking that the products found on our supermarket shelves were put there by companies whose primary objective is enhancing human health.. (A Whole Foods Supermarket smells like food; a Giant Supermarket, for example, smells like ??)
