Pastor: We just burned a witch at the stake yesterday for hearing voices in her head.

Voice from congregation: How do you know that was the right thing to do?

Pastor: God told me!

Look how popular Sarah Palin is to that group of activists christians. I know she does'nt trust Muslims. If she ever saw a bearded Muslim she would probably mistake it for a moose, grab the helicopter and shoot the poor guy.

That is beyond funny!

Malibu = headache for me. But I too love rum.
Posted by stuart2000 at 8:42 PM ...

Rum agrees with my system more than any other and I like that because its tasty and I don't need to add juice or soda. Good sipping rum.

LOL! It takes me a year to finish off a bottle of anything. My liquor cabinet has bottles of stuff that are 10 years old. I'm such a light weight. Heehe

Nice! Try Ballast Point Brewery beers, if you can get them. There is another one, from Julian California, brewed by a retired Fireman, good stuff, but I forget the name of it.

I will do that. I always buy the microbrews, except the Pennsylvania stuff. They make one there called Yingling, and it gives me a killer headache every time. Just one or two beer will do it.

Best I can figure, you can only be a "true" christian if you are a conservative Republican.
Posted by troutfishyman

And have no ties to Islam. That's the gist of the issue, for Republicans. Obama's father is a Muslim, and they will never let go of that.

Sad, but true...
Posted by gravyboat3000

Maybe, but he would excused that if he were in the GOP.

Miller is pretty awful. Try some good microbrews from my home state of Oregon :)
Posted by troutfishyman

I've had a few. Good stuff, but we have some pretty good microbeers in San Diego.
Posted by gravyboat3000

Yes, I have drank my share there. Karl Strauss makes some good brews.

I wonder why that is? Maybe because he is not their "kind" of christian?
Posted by troutfishyman at 8:24 PM : Jun 9, 2009

That's actually a very good question. I don't think it's because of Obama color at all though. But an interesting question.
