- LOL your leader has failed to change any of these issues in this article and I would be willing to bet that the CIA is still torturing people at Obama's insistance. Just not in the numbers Bush did at the start of the war on terror.

Yeah, what happens in Afghanistan's prisons, stays in ......Democrat's don't mind prisoners as long as they are held in Afghanistan.
Those Chinese detainees mentioned lived in a suspect area and had suspect friends causing their detainment. Innocent or not, to live as a "camp" of men (as this group did) in Afghanistan/Pakistan is asking for it, of course they were suspect in terrorism, they fit the model (foreign fighters settling in a "jihad" zone). I don't think Obama should set them free here, nor do I think they should be shipped to China. O.K. "progressive" Europe, time to open your arms to these nice Chinese men. - Reply to this comment

Pelosi is playing dumb in a dumb way, and never should have got in a position to imply the decisions were not bi-partisan.On this and on several other matters.It can work as a political ploy so long as the facts do not emerge.
Waterboarding is tough interrogation but not "torture." The political goal is to call interaction with captured terrorist "torture" for as little as handcuffing them--torture under incrementally softer PERMITED things our military may do.Or if their food isn't cooked to perfection it be "torture".
Pelosi don't make much issue about the enemy decapitating people. This is curious.
