More assumptive comments on your end. I didn''t make your point, I questioned the way you stated it. You make the comment that Obama is a liar, like none of the others have. It''s hypocritical. I''m fairly certain Bush didn''t stand up there and say, "Hey look, I am a liar." - Reply to this comment
- I would rather see in office for 20 years if he does right for this country. But on the flip side I would prefer the high court to confirm he is not a fraud that is skirting our constitution. Instead of letting him use a technicality to get the case dismiss allow one case to go through and be heard.
Yes I will still admit I will never personally like the guy but at least then it will be confirmed he isn''''t fraud. He will always be a pandering liar.

IF they were interested in a legal sense they would accept the case. They would even accept the case to reaffirm and solidify the District Judges opinion with a higher level of certainty. Instead they chose to deny the case a hearing before the court. That in my mind indicates that they see no useful purpose to actually taking court time to hear arguments concerning the merits of what they have been presented. - Reply to this comment
