- Racism is common with white thank blacks. its in the blood.Its normal for some white to decide not to vote for Obama because of race.Its how their god has told them.He is black dont vote for him else you go to hell. right?

- When you look at prejudice in the raw, Racial feelings are as cut and dried - as black and white - as people often say.
People in the analogy given above, with the fireman or the thief, are not predjudiced people, they are hysterically looking for someone to blame so they do not have to turn responsibility on them selves for a nation that is so morally corrupt.
When you look at prejudice as it is defined, there is not one person who is prejudice against the black race that would even comment on a black president.
A prejudice person WOULD allow their home to burn rather than have a blackman put it out.
White voters with negative views are not white voters prejudice against the black race!
A world of difference.
It is not that hard to predict what will happen if Obama does get elected president.

First ask how many are republicans then as the first part of your question again. The other thing that might help if you stop referring to people that have Brown Skin; Black. Let try Americans. If I were to believe both examples; I would take Obama as a Muslim over McCain the trader everyday of the week twice. He did it because people like me that are having a hard time meeting bills think having someone with brains in the White House is very important. We think NOT having McCain in the White House is essential! Therefore, we do without something in order to make contributions to Obama''s campaign fund. - Reply to this comment

- I like where I live, but it is in the Bible belt, and that brings drawbacks. At least 50% of the people I know are hard-core racist, voted for Bush twice, and would rather die than vote for a black.
Trying to talk about the issues is a total waste of time, since they get all their news from Fox, and have virtually memorized all the Hannity & Co. BS.

- In discussions about race and politics Americans tend to overlook the fact that there are other racial groups besides white and black. The yellow race is the largest in the world. This group includes Native Americans, Latinos, Pacific Islanders, Eskimos. Mostly this population is law abiding and tend to their own business. Their societies function well. They are not so fond of blacks or whites, but if forced to a choice they prefer whites. These groups will weight in in the presidential election.
