- If they don''t want to be blamed for Katrina, they shouldn''t take credit here. Katrina was a storm unseen for generations, the gov. wasn''t prepared, not their fault. Now everyone is prepared, just a learned experience.

One would hope after leavingan american city to drown 3 yrs ago the response would be better ...# yrs ago when katrina happened , while an american city drowned ,GW was signing guitars out in Calif, with a side trip to arizona to meet mccain and give him a cake and wish him happy birthday , great photo , juxtaposed to the image of americans on rooftops .condi rice getting run out of an exclusive store in NY city shopping for shoes by customers shouting at her "what are you doing here" and this year its about making their image better .. thats a big plus .. doesnt matter if we are more effective ..as long as we look like we care .. cough bonus points becasue you have an excuse not to let Bush speak or Cheney calimiung they are busy ,,, where is cheney fly fishing this week?
