On the January 22nd edition of %u201CMeet the Press,%u201D Tim Russert and Obama had the following exchange:Russert: %u201CWhen we talked back in November of %u201804 after your election, I said, %u2018There%u2019s been enormous speculation about your political future. Will you serve your six-year term as United States senator from Illinois?%u2019%u201DObama: %u201CI will serve out my full six-year term. You know, Tim, if you get asked enough, sooner or later you get weary and you start looking for new ways of saying things. But my thinking has not changed.%u201DRussert: %u201CSo you will not run for president or vice president in 2008?%u201DObama: %u201CI will not.%u201D - Reply to this comment
- The press is hardly paying attention to McCain! When is the last time you saw him face any hard questions about his record?

Mccain has been of Hannity Radio and CNN in the last 2 days, when has the Concert Organizer answered tough questions? - Reply to this comment
- McCain is wasting his time attacking Obama. It makes him look bad, like he''''s losing. It would be better if he would stick to the issues, and tell everyone how he is going to run the country.

Personally, I believe the past thirty years and an 83% conservative voting record has already shown John McCain will be a pretty steady hand on the wheel.
The real discussion nowadays is far more the fact the hyphenated-American Democrat candidate is promising, "CHANGE"......Problem being, what kind of "CHANGE" are we talking.
All in all, Americans are pretty happy with America as built. And, Sen. "Both Ways" Barak NObama Senate voting record has proven him to be the number one most libtard member of the US Senate. - Reply to this comment
- Looking at the poll numbers, Obama has a lot to be worried about. Voters can see through him. They can see that he is a fraud who is completely clueless about what it takes to be leader of this nation.

- Obama organized a free rock concert for a crowd of 72,000 in Portland, Oregon.
Obama organized a free rock concert for a crowd of 200,000 in Berlin, Germany.
Obama was dead wrong about the success of the surge in Iraq.
Obama failed to visit wounded US soldiers in Germany because he wanted to go to the gym.
What do the above statements tell you. It says that Obama would make a better rock concert organizer than Commander-In-Chief of this country.

Too Funny, but sort of True....What experience does Obama have!!! 20 years of Rev Wright Mentoring. - Reply to this comment

Obama is a good speaker but he is also a man without any substance. His speeches are all very vague. He doesn''t want to flip-flop anymore by making a commitment on any issue.

If any of you are old enough to remember when Ross Peerot ran as an independent Presidential candidate back in ''92, he actually published two books meant to layout who and what he was and stood for.
I bought and read very carefully both books.
Sen. "Both Ways" Barak NObama and Ross Peerot in so many ways remind me of each other. Least wise in their ability to crank out a ton of verbiage, both written and spoken which commits them to absolutely nothing.
At least Ross was honest enough to admit he was inventing a bunch of it on the fly. Explaining how he''d tie up the lose ends via "concensus" when elected.
Sorry Ross, and Sen. NObama, but real Americans aren''t looking for a President who doesn''t bring at least a few well thought out visions to the White House with them. Offering open ended plans, which both of you are guilty of, reveals a major lack of leadership. - Reply to this comment
