Comments on: VP Prospects Move To Fix Flaws
Politico: Those Who Could Be On A Shortlist Seem To Be Making Adjustments
- There are no "fixing the flaws" Gramm is no ''financial adviser'' Gramm is not at all what America needs and McCain has himself admitted he knows nothing about the economy!! hello??? WHY WOULD ANYONE EVEN THINK OF VOTING FOR MCCAIN WHEN OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM RIGHT NOW IS -- THE ECONOMY! for PRESIDENT no less?? Are Americans really THIS stupid!? Oh wait! half of us voted for Bush, not once but TWICE! is it ANY small wonder why America has gone straight down the toilet?

- Obama/Levin or Obama/Clark or Obama Edwards. Any of those would be fine with me.

- "Perhaps not by coincidence, Crist also recently announced his impending nuptials, removing what was widely thought to be one of the main obstacles in his path to the McCain ticket-his bachelorhood."
He''s going to get married to increase his chances of being asked to be VP? Not THAT is nuts! - Reply to this comment
- Tom Rich as John McCain''s running mate is looking better to me. He was a former governor, has national security know-how, and will adopt John''s anti-abortion ideas.

- still say that getting condoleeza rice on his ticket should be mccain''''s goal. i hate that f''''ing beyotch but from a purely political standpoint, she''''s more reassuring to the conservatives than he is and she''''d give all the white folk the perfect opportunity to feel just fine about voting for him/them over obama. i think they''''re all idiots to ignore this even in light of her not being ''''interested'''' - come off it, condi.

*** Didn''t she run as Pat Buchanon''s running mate in the 2000 election under the Patriot Party, or whatever Ross Perots party was called? - Reply to this comment
- I follow the money. That leads me to Romney for McCain and Bloomburg for Obama, but I''''m hoping for Edwards.

I''m hoping for Edwards also! Obama should chose someone he can trust that would be loyal. Edwards should be a lock for VP! If Obama was dumb enough to take Richardson as VP, he may win Florida and New Mexico, but then he would lose PA, NJ, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota and other northeastern states! I don''t hate Richardson because he is hispanic, I hate Richardson because he give illegals free college. I have always made under 30 thousand per year, yet I had to pay 18 thousand for college! Why didn''t he just make it that ANYONE, white, black, hispanic or whatever that made under 25 thousand per year would get free college, that would be fair, rather than him only caring about his fellow hispanics! - Reply to this comment
- "Obama will turn the country into a day-care- and reinforce the deadbeats to lean on him and he will feel powerful only in that way. GROW UP."

And what deadbeats would those be? The oil companies who hold drilling rights to millions of offshore acres which they choose not to use so that can con the Congress into granting them virtual monopolies on land that belongs to the American people? Or Halliburton and BlackWater for their no bid contracts that funnel taxpayer money to these crooks without any oversight? Or perhaps the billions of dollars in bail out money going to the financial companies who bought up sub-prime loans? I couldn''t agree more if those are the freeloaders you want to crack down on! - Reply to this comment
- I just seen the poll results on Veep Peek, It seems that alot of people are holding out for McCain to Pick Mike Huckabee, As far as Obama Oddly enough Veep Peek has handicapped Wes Clark still near the top of the list. I am partial to Huckabee though. If you want to see the Veep Poll results I will leave the link Http://www.VeepPeek.com

- I hear is whiners here and everywhere- and I don''''t hear how people are standing up and taking responsibility for themselves. They are depending on someone else to give them HOPE. That is the mistake. Dependency.

You are a perfect dupe and shill for the real elites that are running this country into the ground. One day they will cut you too off at the knees because they might get slightly richer by doing so and I suspect that no one will whine louder than you when that happens. - Reply to this comment

The rich are not whining. They are the very opposite of dependent and If I were rich, I would do what the wealthy are doing; converting their cash into foreign currency and moving out of the country. Now that is taking responsibility for yourself and not being dependent on anyone. Do you feel better now? - Reply to this comment
