- makeitso928 - what''s your point. You can''t discuss the issues, so you make personal attacks on the man. Typical Obama supporter. I can see you going into a hate frenzy. Are you and Mr Obama trying to say that all senior citizens are senile or just McCain. You should be on Obama''s campaign team. That way you can **** of more people. Obama will never get the votes of white working class people and hispanics. You can include senior citizens now. Don''t be an a*****e.

Awwww, fun isn''t it, making fun of Grandpa McCain...
Can''t find a *** thing to boost up your candidate...so you resort to stupid childish jokes!

- Bush and McCain don''''t understand or care about the science involved. To them science is the tool of the great Satan.

BS, the studies have shown that no harm would be done to the environment. So okay, let''s just not do anything and remain beholden to the Saudis and Hugo Chavez forever. Or, we could threaten to drill on our own land and see if that forces them to lower prices. What are the alternatives?...Nuclear, build new refineries - maybe but you freaks won''t allow that either. You must like high gas prices. - Reply to this comment

What do you call an Obama supporter:
Blind, delusional, hates the world
The base supporters: Islamofast crooks, Marxist whack jobs, corrupt Chicago politicians, oil and energy producers, sub-prime bankers, and the DNC mafia

- "Senator Obama says he doesn''t take campaign contributions from oil companies but the reality is that Exxon, Shell, and others are among his donors," Clinton spokesman Phil Singer said.
Obama has taken $213,884 from the oil and gas industry as of Feb. 29th, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.
Anyway the most important fact is that Obama has take donations from Antoin "Tony" Rezko. - Reply to this comment
- makeitso928 - look who''s talking. One of Obama''s robotic supporters. So naive your are to do his dirty work. Obama is a flip-flop and would make a terrible president. Does it matter to you? No! He has managed to pull the wool over your eyes.

- Obama is getting desperate. He speeches are vague and he doesn''t speak with any substance. Obama rejected McCain''s proposal for 10 joint town-hall appearances because he feels comfortable speaking from prepared speeches to his robotic supporters. He lost all his debates with Hillary. Watching Obama speak to big crowds with his supporters should "Yes we can" is similar to watching Ahmadinejad of Iran speaking to the crowds but with them shouting "Death to America". Obama might have been trained by the best Al-Qaeda had to offer. After all, if Obama is going to be the muslim Trojan horse, he must be able to pull the wool over naive supporters.

- First of all, do you know the audience McSame was speaking to yesterday, when he said we should drill offshore? You know, the audience that went wild with applause? He was speaking to a group of OIL COMPANY EXECUTIVES. Do you think they clapped and cheered because this plan would mean LOWER oil prices? Talk about naive.
Secondly, NOTHING would happen for 5-10 years, so this is as dumb as the tax holiday idea for lowering gas prices.
Third - the oil companies have the capacity now to pump 10 times more oil than they do. Why don''t they? Glutting the market would make oil prices go DOWN and therefore, their profits as well. Offshore drilling would give them more oil in the future to release when they felt like it. Prices might go down a bit in the future, then people would go back to buying gas guzzlers, so their profits would stay the same. Then, when demand is higher, guess what - they''ll raise prices again and make more. Exxon set a record last quarter for the most profits EVER, by ANY company, in history. - Reply to this comment
- First off - it''''s Texas, that state that gave us that intellectual giant, Dubya. I too live in Texas - the oil on my feet when I walk the coastline takes hours to wash off. Midland/Odessa is a waste land, and stinks to high heaven. Even the water tastes like oil. But we are talking the west coast, not the third coast.

Pshaw! Was in Corpus Week before last...not a drop of oil on my feet, the water was absolutely gorgeous!

No, I''m saying her plans were clear, concise, effective and had more chance of being enacted!
Obama''s plans are vague, pie in the sky KRAP! That nobody is EVER going to agree on! And don''t have a hope''s chance of passing even IF they can find a vote under a rock to get him elected!
The government looks a lot better with a liberal republican and a democratic congress for checks and balances!
HIllary was a centrist, not a far left whacko!

- Okay now I''''m pi$$ed, CBS is not allowing there to be any comments made about the off shore drilling proposal made by our President. So, I am starting the discussion...who really cares about McCain''''s age anyway. AMEN is what I say about the off shore drilling, let''''s get it started already. Nothing would say "scr*w you" more to the Saudis and Hugo than us finding our own sources of energy here in the US. To say nothing about boosting our economy. Let''''s here the negatives...anyone?

How does that reduce this Insane price gouging going on right now ??? ever thought about how long it''ll take to get online ?? besides who says there''s a supply problem ? You act like Bush says drill and they start digging holes. Sorry, bucky - doesn''''t work that way. California, Oregon and Washington state will NEVER agree to drilling off their shores. A little extra oil for a short-term junky-like fix does not merit the potentail environmental hazards that could follow. Think outside the box. Oil, like the GOP, is so yesterday. Welcome to the 21st Century.

What environmental hazards??? There''s platforms all over the Texas coast! Not a *** environmental hazard one.
There''s a drilling rig 100 yds from this house...wildlilfe, trees and grass all over the place! It takes up an acre! I can''t even heard it, or see it!
Again, grow up people! You can either flood the market with oil, or keep paying out the wazoo for it! - Reply to this comment
- Strange isn''t it...when I was a kid, I used to believe somebody was gonna come along and wave a magic wand and give us all palaces to live in and take care of our every want and need!
Then I studied history and realized that all those people who lived in palaces lived there under a royal dictator!
And then I realized that I was free and I could work hard and get my own palace! And decide what my own needs were and take care of them better than anybody else could.
Reckon when Obama is going to grow up and appreciate the freedom that people have in this country to achieve whatever they want. Or sit back on their butt live off the government and whine because they don''t have everything they want!
Obama still has this belief in some kind of revolution that''s going to make him upper class! Or that he gets to be the new royal dictator and in a Marxist government gets to decide everybody''s worth and what they do with their lives.
GROW UP TWIT!!! - Reply to this comment
