It is clear that Romney must fight the media as well as hypocrits like the McCain and Huckster camps. I personally want a candidate that will change his own views as he learns from past experiences. Have we forgotten what the word "politician" means. If a candidate never changes with the populous then they are not a politician by definition. They are representing our interests not their own. Change is EXPECTED! The media should be ashamed of itself, and I think the reason the media considers Romney a threat is because he is capable of responding to their spinning of Romney''s words or statements. Go Romney!

I like that Romney has become more conservative. I like a guy who can admit he''s wrong and make the proper changes accordingly, unlike elitest who seek to justify past stances and continue to be unrepentant when it comes to those past views. The problem is that McCain and Huckabee don''t have a good record on fiscal conservatism and frankly Romney does and he has adopted policy that will help tax payers now instead of waiting on Constitutional Ammendments that are unlikely (which is what will have to take place with Ron Paul''s, Mike Huckabee''s and Fred Thompson''s tax proposals) to occur. In McCain''s case, I believe he will raise taxes if he deams it necessary (he''s said that in several debates), and frankly that''s a scary likelyhood should he win the nomination. I believe that Romney and Thompson are the true conservatives in this race, and frankly Thompson has never run anything. He''s been a part of congress which makes him about as qualified as me to run for Pres. (all he has is a voting record). I like our chances for a turn around in this country with Romney. He has magnificant leadership skills and will listen to the American people and will be a good steward over this great land!

Romney is the new George Bush, will say anything to get elected. Remember what King George Bush said, no nation buiding, no big government, fiscal responsibility.....just a bunch of lies to get elected.

You forgot to mention "restoring integrity to the White House".

What a laugh that is, eh?

"Wait until they start talking about his magic underwear....that''''''''s going to be real interesting."

LOL...that''''s the oldest news in the election...nobody cares except the Huckabigots.

Not true. I''m an atheist and think the last thing we need in the White House is a former dogma-peddler.

I address the patent gullibility of one who could believe in magic scivvies in the first plce.

Romney lies. Romney gets caught in his lies. Romney then lies again by denying that he meant what he clearly meant in the first lie. In short, he''s the new George W. Bush.

If you can''''t stand flip-floppers like the "front runners" in both parties, then check out Dr. Ron Paul. He has a rock-solid voting record in congress of protecting the Consitution and defending liberty.

Yeah, right. Here are Paul''s positions:

Withdraw from the U.N.

Withdraw from NATO

Withdraw from ICC (Int''''l. Criminal Court)

Eliminate FEMA

Eliminate DOE (Dept. of Education)

Eliminate DOE (Dept. of Energy)

Eliminate ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission)

Eliminate Homeland Security

Eliminate the VA

Eliminate the Federal Reserve

Supports "parallel" currencies for the U.S.

Opposes the Civil Rights Act of 1964

Opposes campaign finance reform

In a December 2003 article entitled "Christmas in Secular America", Paul wrote, "The notion of a rigid separation between church and state has no basis in either the text of the Constitution or the writings of our Founding Fathers."

Opposes reintroducing the draft

Paul calls himself "strongly pro-life" and "an unshakable foe of abortion".

Believes states should be able to define legal private sexual conduct

Wants to legalize the sale of narcotics
