Senators and Representatives do NOT represent the party, they represent the PEOPLE to the party. Once these "Our Gang" numbskulls figure this out, maybe this country will get straightened out.

Way to go Mr. Baird. ;)

Doesnt it seem like, somewhere along the line, people would stop endorsing hype and suppositin and demand facts? I mean, for a perfect example; who has actually documented one lie that Bush is supposed to have told?

Where are these little tid bits that take Bushophobia from a mental disease to reality?

Got the beef? Where? it sure isnt in the News services!!

Most amusing, a Democrat jumping on a sinking ship believing that the Betrayus surge is working...or, could we have something more sinister at work here?
...like blackmai.

It has been reported that Bush is advising the Clinton campaign on how NOT to talk themselves into a corner on the Iraqi war so they will have too much to explain when they continue to ''stay the course'' in Iraq. Petraus isn''t the only rat who is betraying us.

The Repubs have led this country into the slime pit with their lemming like allegiance to Bush, Big Oil, and pseudo-christianity. Democrates must pledge their allegiance in the following manner:
1. Uphold Constitution
2. Good of Country
3. Good of World
4. Good of home State
5. Personal Beliefs
6. Party

I just do not believe these people who still follow Bush have any concern with anything but their Party. They are still, after all we''ve seen, more interested in making sure I sleep with the right person than they are with Bin Laden. We have a very tired Military AND we are again confronted by the Organization that Attacked us at FULL Strength. All those Young Arabs didn''t just jump up and say "I want to die" without reason. Their reason? Bush''s War!! Anyone who can''t see the failure in that policy isn''t looking.

Ladies and Gentlemen they are slaves not rulers. They do not decide for us they do as they are told and when they don''''t we replace them remove them in shame. They chose to represent us if they don''''t them like a good master we need to do away with them.

If we the American people start treating our elected officials that way then I bet they will start to do as they are told.

But most of you just vote party line just like the Muslims who vote by religious sect.

You are absolutely right. Leave it to Southern Fascist to do what they wish and to ignore the very soul and meaning of our Constitution. This is NOT a debate about your personal views AFTER you are elected. This is about a REPRESENTATIVE Democracy which is what we have had since we decided to ELECT our REPRESENTATIVES. Now the defination of that word, REPRESENTATIVE, has NOT changed since day one. IF you don''t represent me, if you go against what I want you to do then I will vote against you. That''s not hard for people to understand. We the people were Clearly Lied to and I know how I''d feel if I lived in Iraq and every day I''m confronted by a Military that has killed Thousands and Thousands trying to "Give" me their way of doing things.

To bomb or not to bomb Iran, that''s the question the Bush Administration appears to be debating these days, once again revealing the extraordinary disconnect between the White House and the American people. With a catastrophic occupation of Iraq and polls showing the American public so skeptical about the use of military force that only eight percent support military action against Iran, there is nevertheless a clear and present danger that Cheney and the neocons will again prevail and lead this Administration into another disastrous military misadventure.

Let''s not become like the Repubs. The Democrats need to be intelligent and inclusive enough to allow for different thoughts. The trouble in DC today is that members of both parties think their first allegiance is to party instead of country. A person with a different stance does not need to be demonized.

Rep. Brian Baird start looking for a new job the Democrats will replace you and the Republicans will try to take your seat. This is how American needs to treat those that don''t listen to the voters replace them get them out of politics.
