"I kinda like em' both, I watched Mattehews call out the BUSH regime several times for their incompetency and lack of thought, but both are good to watch ! Sure beats listing to that lazy fat overweight retard Rush Limbaugh or Jughead Sean Hannity or Billy O'Reilley, those guys over on the "FAUX" network just plain SUCK !"

Good Grief. By your writing skills, I can see that you are product of our fine public educational system. Just the kind of folks the Democratic party loves. You Know the type, Can't think for themselves, Require the Nanny state to provide for them, Obama will provide...
etc, etc, etc....
I feel for my country...

Let's see, Olbermann, Maddow, Hannity, O'Reilly, Limbaugh. They're all trying to be comediens but all of them are obnoxious. Not one of them can be considered an even half decent news commentator. Maddow and Olbermann try to be cutsie and fail miserably. Hannity just needs to shut the Hell up and let his guest talk. At least some of them make sense. He is just rude and interupts them all the time. O'Reilly is just a complete idiot. Matthews might be okay if he would tone his volume down several hundred decibels. Where have all the good commentators gone. Huntly& Brinkly, Cronkite, Wallace, let's get back to some real news and get rid of these rude cutsie showmen and women. They really suck,

I guess when nothing else works, you call Fox news bad. If they are so bad, why do they always beat MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, PBS in ratings. Guess there are more conservitaves than liberals who listen and watch Fox.
Oh well, when you can't report news fairly, you lose. Look at all the liberal newspapers now strugling to stay afloat. Look at GE, now the stock is less than a Starbucks coffee, so much for being such a good company. Old Jeff is a great leader. If he had any sense he would fire half of the staftt at NBC, MSNBC and get some real tallent.

Keith Olbermann's Countdown is the only news show that I try to always view. Keith is intelligent, passionate, insightful, relevant, entertaining, and, of course, liberal.

MSNBC doesn't even agree with you. Olberman was supposed to be their main talking head from the conventions up through the election and MSNBC had to pull Olberman after his performance during the first convention. He was acting like a liberal Bill O'Reilly without the media savy. And it wasn't the audience that was complaining, it was his own MSNBC colleages complaining that his antics during thier reports were so disruptive that they couldn't do their jobs.
As bad as O'Reilly gets, even his colleages at FOX don't have to ask management to put a muzzle on him. As bad as O'Reilly is, at least he has a background in journalism where Olberman's background is as a sports reporter.
Both Olberman and Maddow were brought in when MSNBC decided to go with a liberal talk format that was an exact counterpoint to the conservative FOX format. That was working while the momentum for attracting the audience was going along with the Obama campaign wave. Now that Obama is in office and the economy is still ebbing with the tide and the wave has become a ripple the two of them are starting to lose their momentary appeal.
CNN was the smarter player in the game by staying more to the middle and avoiding the bombast of the two polar ends.

I guess they did not hear about Air America. I mean why would a business alienate at least 50% of the viewers or readers. It really is an easy process to present both sides in an objective manner free of the poison on the left and the right. As for MSNBC eventually GE will get tired of losing money and change things up.

Do you mean that two people other than CM, RM were on MSNBC? That network actually has more than two viewers. No one really watches MSNBC because they got their canidate elected. So why watch them. CBS is also in the tank for BHO. So there is only CNN and PBS to watch. No one cares what they think, and so Fox still kicks everyone's bottom with their ratings most of the day.
Thank God for Bill, Hannity, Beck, at least they are not in the tank for BHO.

Maddox is great at her job. She is one of the most fair and respectful commentators on the air right now. The fact that she is a Rhodes Scholar doesn't hurt at all. Matthews is good, but he has become a rapid ranter and loses some credibility. Fox News is well, ridiculous and as far as Lou Dobbs is concerned, he represents a very large majority of the public's view on illegal immigration.

Fox always has great ratings because it is more balanced then the MSNBC. Yes it is known for being on the right side but there are a lot of guests from the left that are on the invited on the shows. Left wing people are always invited but many turn down invitations. It was amazing during the election how Obama and Hillary waited to the end to go on a radio or television show.

Many left wing hosts like Chris are rude and nasty. There is a different standard for republicans on any topic. We people in middle America notice the double standard. Sarah Palin was treated unfairly by the press. Why is it that the Obama's reverend for twenty years was on the Hannity show eight months before the election? If the left shows were more balanced and did not have a double standard on people, the ratings would be higher.

TrishG62 MUST be a right winger because they have it exactly opposite (if you flip whatever Pubs say, then it makes sense). It is the LIBERALS like our founding father that are the patriots. It is the truth seekers (like those seeking the truth about 911) and dissenters who are the real Americans. Blind loyalty to bad government is NOT patriotic. I mean looks at Brush Lintballs and Sean Slannity, they are FINALLY being patriotic by bashing Obama.
