- OBAMA TRUTH
All I ask is for Americans to actually stand up for each other, and choose for a better tomorrow.
To all of those that have doubts about Obama, go to his website and the truth is there. It includes his birth certificate, so then you might stop spreading lies.

- Who will emerge as the more credible TV star?"
That is what is wrong. The McCain campaign knows she has to become a TV star, so they are creating her image and trying to force us to believe that she is being unjustly treated by the press. If they really wanted her to be treated with kid gloves, why didn''t they put her on Fox?
But, she really should not be the issue in this campaign; the McCain campaign hopes to God that she can be kept in the forefront so we never have to bring up the real problems that we face as a country. Or show the thinking electorate that another four years will devastate our economy. - Reply to this comment
- please don''t speak for me. In the article it said Palin is America''s number one hockey mom....to me she is just number 2

- During last fall''s Republican debate, McCain is the one who said he''s ready on National Security. McCain said it''s not like he''s some short-time mayor or short-time governor.
CBS needs to go back and watch the debate again.
McCain felt that no mayor or governor has a clue about National Security. - Reply to this comment
- "Yeah, poor Obama with his degrees from Harvard and Columbia. Poor Obama with his mansion in Chicago. Poor BLACK Obama, no way he could be an elitist. Why does he send his girls to private schools? He''''s such an advocate for public schools yet they aren''''t good enough for his own. Poor Obama...I should vote for him.

Poor McCain with a wife with 6 million income. Poor McCain does not know how many homes he owns. Poor McCain thinks anybody making less than 5 million (99.9% of US population) are middle class. - Reply to this comment

watching her with the deer in headligt looks at the questions was painful
This Mccain would do anything to be President even put this country at risk.
Imagine this woman as president , what little power she has in Alaska you see the stuff she does there already without listening to others.- Reply to this comment
- NO....DEEP DOWN WE REALLY "DON''T" LIKE HER !! WHAT IS TO LIKE...ALL THE REPUBLICANS OUT THERE WOULD VOTE FOR A "MOOSE" WITH LIPSTICK...IF IT BOOSTED MCCAIN''S CAMPAIGN "1" POINT....NO ONE IS SMART ENOUGH ON THE "RIGHT" TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENIUNENESS AND A "FARCE"!!!!!!!!!!! - I always knew Republicans were shallow, zeros , but I''ll tell ya--if they think Sarah Palin is even remotely qualified for this job they are seriously screwed up.
And, I can tell ya some of the Republicans I know in Texas are shocked McCain picked such a glorified housewife for such important position on the ticket. - Reply to this comment
- I am amused at the people who want to lash out at the McCain''s wealth, and see that as a defect ... yet, who in their right mind does not want to be rich?
Obama has been on the government dole almost his entire adult life ... has never run a business .. what makes anyone think he can run a country?

- Barack and Michelle are two examples of hard-working Americans pulling themselves up by their own bootstraps.
John and Cindy are two examples of elite Americans who never had to worry about money, how to pay for college, etc.
For some of you hillbillies to think John and Cindy are more like you than Barack and Michelle IS saying more about you and your biasness than anything else. - Reply to this comment

That''s what you think, so you assume others think like you. Fact is, Obama has gone through a huge initiation OVER THE LAST YEAR and held his ground. But, you still don''t know enough to vote for him. Anytime anyone has said something critical about Palin in THREE WEEKS, you get your panties in a bunch!! You don''t want to hear anything further about her, two seconds after McCain made the announcement, you decided you liked her. GROW UP! - Reply to this comment

A BUNCH OF DITTOHEADS is more like it.
You call a man who grew up poor, to a single mother, who had to take out loans to go to college AN ELITIST and think someone who grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth who never had to work hard for anything he received thans to his Admiral father and grandfather is more like YOU?
You guys are highly confused and significantly OBNOXIOUS!
I guess you think Bush is like you as well? No elitist there. RIGHT! - Reply to this comment
- Let''''s all get real here for once - when policies are put forth -say by Bush #1 - it takes time for those policies to get voted on, implemented, and to have an effect.
then comes Clinton who enjoyed the benefits of those changes - and what did he do - Cigars for 8 years!
Then Bush #2 gets to endure the non-policies of the Clinton years - implements his own policies which the next President will enjoy for possibly 8 yrs.
George Bush #2 came to office having to deal with an impeached, unethical, womanizing, (and sexist) president who boinked underlings on the oval office rug during working hours while all this emerging terrorist *** was beginning -but he was too busy hiding from Hillery, the press, and the citizens.
Bush #2 took the bull by the horns when 9/11 happened!
He went after them - and is still going after them even though liberals want us to roll over and let another attack happen!
that is why the economy is in the skids - to pay for a war that should have been started under Clinton - but wasn''''t!

OH... HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! THE ''GEORGE W. BUSH'' ACTION FIGURE!! You wind it up, it runs in circles, breaks things, then falls on it''s face and points at the ''Clinton'' doll. Haven''t heard this lemming bark for awhile!! LMAO!!! - Reply to this comment
- They chose Mr. Gibson because they knew he would NOT be tough on her! He is so slanted to the right that he no doubt will try to "help" her! They haven''t got the guts to choose a "real" credible journalist who would, could and should ask tough questions of Ms. Palin! The McSame campaign already said "no interviews unless the give her deference"! Deference for what, the fact that she know nothing!!!

We''ll be "enjoying the benefits of the Bush years"? In Saudi Arabia they will! - Reply to this comment
- Palin needs to answer the questions that we need answered. Her interview last night shows she is inexperienced and has no clue how to run a country should she ever be put in that position. Being able to see the Soviet Union from Alaska and traveling to Canada and Mexico hardly qualifies her to lead our country in foreign affairs.

- The shallowness of celebrity-obsessed knuckleheads, many of whom seem to think this is an American Idol episode, is even more frightening than the fact that such a completely ignorant, inexperienced small town pol like Palin could be president next year.
A clear sign of McCains'' recklessness and compulsive gambling.
This isn''t a game of craps, John! You owe us better. - Reply to this comment
