Thank you CBS for reporting on this important topic. I, as many parents, know my son''s autism was triggered by his routine vaccines. He was hospitalized for 3 days after his MMR with chunks of tissue coming out in his stool. His regressive autism began shortly after that time. Of course, our then pediatrician said it couldn''t possibly be related to the vaccines and a report was not made to VAERS (the vaccine adverse effect reporting system). Our doctor also did not report the 3 hours of screaming in terror he did after one of his DTaP vaccines. We were then so overwhelmed in dealing with the onset of autism in our home and trying to recover our son, that we didn''t think to file a claim with the vaccine court. Now it is too late. So, although many more stories of vaccine related autism will be found in the vaccine court, there are thousands of others who will not as the statute of limitations for filing is past once parents think to file. I am hopeful that the government will soon do the necessary studies to validate what so many parents and many doctors and scientists now know is true; that vaccines can and do cause autism.

Thank you Ms. Attkisson and CBS for having the courage and integrity to cover this most under-reported and preventable public health disaster.

The CDC, FDA and Congress will go down in history for allowing the
poisoning of a generation of America''s children.

Congress has abdicated its oversight responsibility and shares the blame for the suffering of so many.

Please keep investigating this scandal.

I''m pretty sure my daughter and all of the other kids with Autism will fall under the same category. I''m actually waiting for some information from 2 uncles of mine. One is a director of a hospital and the other is a pharmacist (Which was a victim of Mercury poisoning). I''m pretty sure after I have all the information we''ll be able to really point the finger at who''s responsible. Most of us already know, but this info will put an end to it.
