Actually, rlbob, your comment inicates one of the positive things that Michael Moore does: if people actually do spend time researching and learning about subjects like the auto industry, the war in Iraq, gun legislation, and the questions about health care, then that's a good thing initself, isn't it? The fact that it may disprove what Moore claims seems to be less relevant if it accomplishes a greater good.

As for how often Moore gets it wrong, he doesn't seem to be any more wrong than many politicians or media pundits, but he seems to be held to a far higher standard. I wonder why that is.

The US does NOT have the finest health care in the world. Period. If you believe it does, it means you haven't done the research. The numbers don't lie. Countries like England and Canada have statistically better outcomes than the US. Period. Ask A Canadian some time if they would trade their system for ours.

But that isn't my real point. P2P availability of the film won't hurt him any more than it has for anything else. Hollywood studios rake in record profits year over year. Plus, it means that many more eyeballs will get to see the thing than if it wasn't on p2p networks. If for him, the goal is for the maximum number of people possible to get his message, then it's a good thing. If he's out for profit only, then it's a bad thing. The Idea that it's every film maker's nightmare is a joke. And pure spin from the RIAA. The thing is, if you want to support him, go to a theater. If you don't, download it at your own legal risk.

And by the way, I have lived in several foreign countries and visited many more. I have sought health care in some of these countries. It has not been a pleasure.

Why does a discussion about SICKO have to include disrespectful comments about our president? You liberal weinies use every chance you can get to insult and demean him. Why? Because you don't have anything intelligent to contribute.

We do NOT need idiots like Mr. Chimphead running our country either. WMDs where? Whether you are a Dem or a REP, you have to admit the man is a moron.

Whether or not he's truthful,

Whether or not he makes a profit,

Whether or not you even like him,

Whether you're a liberal, conservative, Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Independant, immigrant, or native born,

Our healthcare system, which only the rich or company insured (how long will that last?) can afford, needs a cure.

We do NOT need idiots like Sir Eatsalot to present their skewed views as fact. I am SICKO of Michael Moore and am SO glad that some meat has been snatched from his overloaded plate.
Is there anyone out there who really believes the US doesn't have the best health care system in the world? Keep attacking Health Care Insurance and Pharmaceutical companies and things here will get much worse. Are the democrats in Congress the only people who should be allowed to make a profit?

I'll still buy a ticket. I support and appreciate Mr. Moore's work.

Moore is a self absorbed liar who plays on the fears of those stupid enough to pay him for the garbage he films.
