- Judging from the Ohio polls. I don''t think pickig homeless and winos are going to tilt the election. Why is everyone in such a huff? It''s irrelevent. In the National #''s the % of this Acorn roundup of "unsavory voters" as refered to by the conservatives has no baring on this election.

- I dont get it, the media will put out pictures of Pailins legs with a young man between them but not question Obama about such issues as ACORN or his campaign fund legalities! Where do we as AMERICANS draw the line and say enough is enough!! Obama should be ashamed to buy airtime on major networks for his own advertisment
instead of feeding people who cannot afford to buy groceries right now because they have no jobs. We VOTE !! Make your vote count and choose wisely. How he spending his campaign money could be a sign of how he will spend your! - Reply to this comment
- press4truth,
your cynical tone is exactly what I''m referring to. I''m willing to hear what McCain says in regards to the real issues. But to dig up every person who Obama has crossed paths with regardles of their relevance to the campaign is silly. I would like to just focus on the issues and not tear each other down. There''s less than a month until voting day. It seems to me that each side would be trying to make their case and not focus on personal attacks. I don''t condone "personal" attacks from either party. I think being hateful and mean "spirited" will set us back not forward. - Reply to this comment
- One sided Reporting......... Again!!

- I am from Virginia and in the past always proud to say that Katie attended UVA - now I am ashamed to admit it - did you forget all you learned in Charlottesville? Please report fairly and stop the bias - Hollywood moviestars and sports superstars can say the most ugly and terrible things anyone can imagine about our President or any Republican - but that is ok - please grow up!!!!

I agree. What happened to the candidates talking about what they are going to do if elected? I know its there...but, you really have to listen through all of the attacks.
So as not to have myself attacked here, I will not mention which but, I attended a rally for one of the candidates the other day. You know there was no "personal" attacks on the other. Just attacks on his ideas and proposals. Now, isn''t that how it should be???
Listening to the parties, BOTH, I am at times embarrassed to call myself an American. - Reply to this comment
- Gee Katie, did you miss Sandra Bernhard''s comments that if "Sarah Palin comes to NY, she will be gang raped by black men?." Perhaps you''ve missed the many award shows where "celebrities" are allowed to voice their political views and call the GOP far worse "names." Is the Democratic party responsible for their comments? Do they issue a statement condemning them? Does the network even censor them. No. But if one or two people at a rally of 20,000 people shout out a comment, the race is SUDDENLY getting ugly???? Please Katie, Please CBS, report fairly and without political bias. The people of America deserve nothing less.

- Somebody please tell me how Obama has been in the Senate all of these years if the rumors of terrorist affiliation are true? I work for the government and believe me if those rumors were true he would not be in the senate.

- Acorn is a creation of the inept mind. Just like the corruption of the 2000 election.
