- Or, maybe better than -talk about it- they could recognize that a bunch of greedy and corrupt people did this to them.
And, maybe they can take some action to prevent these same corrupt people from doing it again and again.

- Silence first (communion with oneself and with those lost) and speech afterward (communion with others about the disaster) seems natural after overwhelnming catastrophe.

- The Japanese shouldn't stuff their feelings. If they do, it could cause mental and medical problems.
