- I LOVE kATIE, I WATCHED HER MANY YEARS AGO WHEN SHE WAS A FILL IN AND HAD SHORT DARK HAIR. I THINK SHE WILL BE GREAT ON CBS NEWS AND WHATEVER ELSE SHE DOES. BUT....I HAVE MISSED HER ALL SUMMER, IT WILL NEVER BE THE SAME ON THE TODAY SHOW WITHOUT KATIE. I DON'T CARE TO WATCH IT ANYMORE. I NEVER THOUGHT SHE WOULD LEAVE MATT, BUT SHE DID. I JUST WISH HER THE VERY BEST, AND HOPE SHE DID THE RIGHT THING. I WILL BE ON CBS EVERY NIGHT KATIE, YOUR BEAUTIFUL I HAVE BEEN HERE YESTERDY AND TONIGHT WAITING FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK!!!!

- Why is everyone that works with Katie seem to be the same size (short) or smaller? and usually women. I remember at NBC there were 3-4 Katie Clones. From the small pix above, I can't tell if its the same girls from NBC or just new Katie Clones?

- Katie, I thought yesterday was pretty bad - but you seemed 1000% more relaxed today. Plus the outfit was a big improvement. I guess Rome wasn't built in a day..but figure out a smoother opening and CLOSING

- I just love Katie and the way she brings the news to us. I followed her on the Today Show and decided to follow her on the evening news. I like the way the news is set up now and hope to see more human interest stories and good news along with the normal war news we are so use to hearing....it's a refreshing change and I send my best wishes to Katie and CBS news.

- Katie makes the news interesting. Her emotions come across without a definition its just a known thing that I find very comfortable.

- So what do you think, are we safer?
I hope you asked about many of the following things:
1. The water/sewer system.
2. The power grid.
3. The ports.
4. Public transportation.
5. cyber infrastructure.
Just those 5 to start are areas he doesn't like to talk about.(Then again most US politicans don't like to talk about them.)
