Comments on: More Bogus Obama Donors Surface
Donations Made Between July and Early August
- Oh for Pete sake! Obama has received many, many millions of small and large donations. Two news organizations worked very hard to dig up dirt and they each found two names that were designed to fill in all the blanks in a way that a computer couldn''t identify the problem. And even then the Obama campaign was already working on it and returning the money. All any campaign could do would be to diligently work at weeding out the glitches. ALSO, if someone wanted to cause trouble, it would be fairly easy, if one were knowledgeable, to attempt to fool the system for the purpose of incriminating the campaign and then ask for an audit before there was time for the other side to find the problem. Anybody who thinks the republican party wouldn''t do such a thing hasn''t been listening through the last several election cycles. I find the RNC''s actions more open to question than I do the Obama campaign''s. I accidentally donated $25.00 too much to the primary. It took a few weeks, but they wrote to me and we fixed the problem. There are vast amounts of money and unbelievable numbers of transactions, but Obama has done all anyone could do to keep up and keep things straight. CBS DOESN''T HAVE TO TRY TO FIND WAYS TO SABOTAGE A CANDIDATE TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS BEFORE THE ELECTION. The country is in trouble. How about if CBS tries to act responsibly. We have serious things to deal with. There''s no time for these distractions.

- Obama and his campain never notice anything in their audits or routine processing. OBAMA ALWAYS WILLING TO DO THE RIGHT THING AFTER HE IS CAUGHT SO LONG AS HE DOESN''T HAVE TO TELL THE TRUTH!

- OBAMA PLAN WILL HELP THE FANNIE MAE CROOKS TO AVOID PRISON TIME.
THE BAIL OUT CRISIS WAS CAUSED BY A HANDFUL OF CORRUPT CONGRESSMEN & FANNIE MAE OFFICIALS. THEY BOUGHT UP 7 TRILLION DOLLARS IN BAD DEBT IN ORDER TO PAD THE BOOKS AT FANNIE MAE AND COLLECT HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN SALARY BONUSES FOR THEMSELVES.
HERE ARE THREE VIDEOS THOSE CORRUPT FANNIE MAE OFFICIALS & AT LEAST FIVE CORRUPT CONGRESSMEN DON''T WANT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO SEE:

One Of The Crooks Will Probably Be The Next Attorney General Under Obama. If That Happens, NONE of them will ever be brought to justice.

- ****! Someone signed up for something and didn''t put thier actual name. Like I just did. Does everyone actually fill out everything completely truthfully all the time? Especially on the internet. I can not even count the number of times I have signed up for forums, comments, offers, or registrations to simply access a site using FAKE NAMES. I use an old phone number to get the grocery specials at Safeway and have been doing so for years. Everytime I do they call me Mr. So and So. I have no idea who the guy is but I get the discount. Why sould I have to tell them everytime I buy anything in order to get a deal that anyone can get? I have even, gasp, set up fictitious yahoo emails to avoid giving out my real one. I don''t know about you but I get enough junk mail. Big Deal! Not everyone wants to be known whenever they are giving money. Who knows, maybe it was one of McCain''s campaigners who would be excommunicated if it was found they donated to Obama. It is such a joke to call this NEWS. As if everyone doesn''t already know that both McCain and Obama are bought and paid for by corperate america. Give me a break! CBS news like all of the cable "news" networks is anything but news, and anyone who doesn''t know this has sadly bought that the only reliable information is from "reputable" sources, ie: the big news networks who all tell us the same thing in unison yet act as though they are competing.

- Dear Mainedoggie,
Thanks for the info. CBS deleted it because they can. It''s rational for an entity to always advance their agenda.
I''m Christian, but the Pope/Vatican is a little Da Vinci Code scary.
That''s why we have to...say it with me:
trust, but verify.
DIG UP SMELLY FILTHY DIRT ON BOTH MCCAIN AND OBAMA. DECIDE for yourself.
I''d still choose Obama, but his eligibility is a FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE for me.
No ''original'' ID. No vote from me. Must have ID to fly my UNITED.
Google is probably as free as the press gets. We know Yahoo can succumb to govermental agencies. - Reply to this comment
- You are also correct, Brian. Googling: ''obama crimes'' and ''mccain crimes'' wasn''t all.
I also googled: ''mccain terrorist'' ''obama terrorist''
to get Gordon Liddy and Bill Ayers etc.
My point is: TRUST, BUT VERIFY.
We are a trusting culture. That makes us great. It also makes us gullible. With the PRESS controlled by 8 media conglomerates, we are obligated to do our own DUE DILIGENCE.
It takes work. And you can still arrive at the wrong conclusion. But I am done w/ taking anyone for their ''word.'' I''d like to think I try to use research to validate/refute my thoughts.
HOPE AND DREAMS SOUND LIKE GREAT MARKETING TO ME. - Reply to this comment
- More fabricated baloney.
Anyhow... read this...
(CBS/ AP) Pope Benedict XVI says the global financial crisis shows the futility of money and ambition.
"He who builds only on visible and tangible things like success, career and money builds the house of his life on sand," the pontiff says.
"We are now seeing, in the collapse of major banks, that money vanishes, it is nothing," the pope adds.
The pontiff was speaking Monday as he opened the works of a meeting of 253 bishops at the Vatican.
Benedict says "the only solid reality is the word of God."

- Dear Brian,
Love the Mel Brooks!
Sorry I get melodramatic at times. The truth is I''d be too much of a coward to join the Marines.
Obama''s positions are better than McCain''s. However, you are correct in that I won''t vote for a man who won''t provide proof that settles Berg vs Obama.
This matter isn''t settled. It''s called Berg vs Obama case 08cv4083. Sorry, until FEDERAL Judge Surrick says so, this issue is open for discussion.
I''m willing to overlook Ayers, Rezko, Rev Wright, Khalid al Mansour, 44 lies in autobiography (Chicago Tribune), media suppression (Chicago Tribune), etc.
Guilt by association is an argument based on chicken manure. Chicken manure is actually more useful for a garden.
But I digress, if Obama put Obama first, instead of country, instead of the Democratic party, the truth will work it''s way out.
All it takes is a Obama''s phone call, a fax, Obama''s signature AND BERG''s ALLEGATIONS turn into a self-destructive DEFAMATION CASE.
I think you would gladly show your original birth certificate to your employer if s/he asked. I would. It''s post 9/11. - Reply to this comment

You say they are worse, but you don''t mention what they are.
"But before I cast my vote for Obama, I NEED IRREFUTABLE PROOF that he is eligible." brownpride46
His security clearance verified that long ago, and it is not worth spending the energy to open a drawer
to show papers to people who won''t vote for him anyway, we all know the game, you are not worth showing a document to, as you will simply start off on another irrelevant tangent.

Oh how patriotic, you didn''t mind Bush violating the "god-amned piece of paper", and you will vote for McSame, who will continue the violations.
So let''s get real,

- I don''t doubt that Republican teens using Daddy''s credit card made those donation PRANKS.
Who''d be stupid enough to put down "rmplstizkin"? They should have at least used BART SIMPSON names like AL Koholik. Would have been funnier.
At least CBS, is putting up the pretense of fair coverage. - Reply to this comment
- brianbwb, you''re right. Those two over the limit donations were MADE to stand out like a sore thumb.
Come on, if you were trying to hide your illegality, you would use a name like John Smith.
Completely bogus - definitely a false flag operation -and CBS swallows it hook, line and sinker. - Reply to this comment
- Sorry IBSteve. I thought that once in Congress, background checks by FBI, etc. was off limits. I''ll re-check that info. Please verify too.
I''d like to know why Judge Barclay Surrick in Pennsylvania Federal Court has not dismissed case 08cv4083? If it truly lacked merit, Obama wouldn''t hire Atty Sandler who has ties with CAIR (Council of Am-Islam Relations) and DEFENDED TERRORISTS.
I want to keep an open mind. We are Americans FIRST and EFFING Party Members second. But you are correct that I like to listen to dissenting opinions to arrive at the truth.
AND I admit I was played by Colin Powell when he said there was satellite image confirmation of WMD.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, EFF THAT! Trust, but VERIFY!
I also wrote DEMOCRATS ESHOO, BOXER, & FEINSTEIN "NOT" to support the BAILOUT. I PUT THEM IN OFFICE. NOW I''m GONNA KICK THEM OUT! - Reply to this comment
- To use names like the ones quoted in this article seem to be an attempt to plant an easy to find marker for illegal donors.
Most politicians, even Chicago and Texas politicians, would even use the names of dead people, but at least they were names.
Since these donors can be found, I believe a deep background check into their past party affiliations may turn up some embarrassing information for the Reublican party. - Reply to this comment

- If a pilot refused to show his ID, would you trust him with your 747?
Probably not. Are you crazy!
McCain was a pilot, but he is also a crooked Republican war hero. I googled McCain Crimes. He''s involved w/ the Keating 5, Gordon Liddy, and cheated on his hospitalized 1st wife (yuck!).
Unfortunately, Googling OBAMA CRIMES is worse.
Nonetheless, in America, we can be BETTER than where we came from and who we''ve known.
But before I cast my vote for Obama, I NEED IRREFUTABLE PROOF that he is eligible.
The lack of Weapons of Mass Destruction made me a firm believer of: TRUST, BUT VERIFY!
Without his ''original'' birth certificate, I''d rather vote for Danzel Washington (Manchurian Candidate 2004).

- I originally thought Obama represented something better than this type of behavior.
Posted by WstCstMsgr at 11:13 PM : Oct 06, 2008
Uh....what type of behavior are you referring to, WstCst? It''s not Obama that is responsible for the so-called bogus donors. The Obama campaign is reported to have "promptly returned the money". Sounds like blameless, commendable behavior to me.
Perhaps it was the McCain campaign trying to get the Obama campaign in trouble. Mmmmmm ? - Reply to this comment
- HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN! This hasn''t been covered by the Press because the Press in no longer FREE.

Do you have any idea how ridiculous that sounds an America that is very aware that a Republican Administration is in control of an FBI, INS, and CIA much empowered by an overly ambitious "Patriot Act"?
Do you really think America is so dumb as to believe THIS Administration wouldn''t have sicced every Department of Justice lawyer that they oh-so-carefully screen on this story if it had even the teeniest shred of truth to it?
Sigh....one of the Republicans'' more annoying habits: Playing Americans for fools. - Reply to this comment
- Google is amazing! Did you know that in 1983 there were 50 media conglomerates; today there are 8. If you don''t count google, yahoo, and ms, it''s FIVE!
I voted for GORE & believe in a woman''s choice. I even favored Obama over Hillary, until I heard Democrat Atty Berg on KGO San Francisco on AUG 24.
I take issue with the FUNDAMENTAL question of OBAMA''s INELIGIBILITY to be President. HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN! This hasn''t been covered by the Press because the Press in no longer FREE.
It''s obvious that Obama CANNOT produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate. An EAGER Hawaiian state worker could easily have printed the document on FACTCHECK. It would look legal, but there would be NO ORIGINAL.
It only takes a phone call, a fax, a signature, a fax and this FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED. You don''t need THREE lawyers.

- It is extremely easy for any McCain supporter to make an Obama donation under a fraudulent identity and set it up to be "Caught" and "Exposed" to the news media.
It is one of the oldest tricks in the book.
It is very exciting to learn that McCain supporters are looking at the Obama contributor list. Maybe they will embarassed to find their own spouses and adult children on it. I wonder if they will "expose" that and broadcast it.
Obama supporters are vaccinated and not even breaking a fever over the Republican Low Road Campaign. The signs down there read "This way to the Obama Campaign" and it points UP! Others they may find are, "This lane ends in 500 feet" "Detour" "Road Closed" "Dead End" "Public Landfill Next Right" - Reply to this comment
- Check with the Republican operative who did jail time for the election shenanigans he pulled. He then wrote a book called, ''How to rig an election'', based on the many schemes the Republicans used.
