I didn't realize this thread was about Iraq...it's about whether 9/11 was caused by whiny liberals. To be honest, I believe I did talk a little about Iraq while I was gone because it is all over the news...get a grip, and if you finally do get a grip, try experiencing life rather than telling us what you heard or read in some blog.

I do believe these Fascist are so simple minded and low that there is no hope for them. To blame "Liberal's" for everything and give them credit for nothing is EXACTLY what HITLER did, no difference. The power and strenght of America come's from it UNITY and not from some Dictator starting a War for his buddies. When you implied poor ol' Bush was being hounded by bad ol' puddytat lib book writers but yet the brave conservatives did not complain. Well, Bubba got hammered as bad as Bush and both sides complain when their boy is beng hit.

I am one of those "lazy" baby boomers of which you speak so disparagingly. I am curious as to what makes YOU an expert on my generation. Sounds like you've done pretty well for yourself with a job that enables you to travel through France, Italy, and Poland. Are you a baby boomer yourself or the offspring of boomers, who knocked themselvs out to give you a good life? Alas, I toil away in my cube each day for chump change which goes to pay my kid's college tuition. You mention that the people you encountered on your travels did not appear angry or offended. That's not surprising. Typically Europeans like Americans. It's Bush and his war they can't stand.

acauble1, if I follow your signs of a religious fanatic, a lot of liberals fall in that category too. Certainly when it comes to finger pointing, name calling, belligerent and being rude. That being said, as a semi-conservative, I get embarrassed by the religious right, my *** self. Please don't lump all conservatives into the "Religious Right", just as I don't assume all liberals are wandering around smelling like patchouli and evil.
