Ibn Ishaq: 327 - ?Allah said, ?A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.??

Ishaq 262 - "Some Muslims remained friends with the Jews, so Allah sent down a Qur'an forbidding them to take Jews as friends. From their mouths hatred has already shown itself and what they conceal is worse"

Oh geez, more xenophobe tripe from the 'Hate all Muslims!' propagandist extraordinaire.

First of all, there is no such thing as a hadith by Ibn Ishaq. I've told you this before but you are content on believing the hype that other hate filled mongrels such as yourself spew.

Not to mention the fact that using the terminology 'the hadith' is incorrect insomuch as you believee it's a singular manuscript. The hadiths are collections of accounts of the life of Muhammad; at least two of them actually. The Sunni haveone account and the Shia theirs. Some Muslims don't even bother with the hadiths.

Having said that, those who "depart" as you say are no longer churches, or madrassahs, but simple recruiting stations for the sadistic cowards among us.

You have got to be kidding, right? Pat Robertson calling for the assassination of Hugo Chavez, , the support for the Iraq invasion from those claiming to speak for the "religious right," based not on the reasons falsely givin by Bush and the rest of the perps, but for religious reasons totally unrelated to the given reasons, not to mention the history of support for American apartheid against its' "Black" citizens.

Yes there has been, and still is quite a bit of it from "Christian fundamentalist churches", you don't remember Muhammad Ali being asked to help quell the war fever that resulted in violence against Americans, whose only "crime" was that they happen to be Muslims?

There is even one notable exception, one Sikh Indian _American who was attacked and beaten by idiotic Americans because he was wearing a turban, which is the traditional head garb, and has nothing to do with Islam.

But your point makes an error that you are apparently unwilling to see, there is no such thing as an extremist madrassah, if there is an extremist camp teaching violent action, it is not a madrassah.

Your willingness to continue to misuse a term in such a way as to vilify the concept of a religious school that just so happens to be an Islamic religious school, is just like saying that there is a "terrorist" Catholic school.

No Brian, I am not saying madrasahs are designed to be terroist training camps. Along the way though, some of them turn away from teaching the broader tenets of religion and start spouting extremist ideals. We have the same thing here. Have you heard some of the rhetoric coming from Christian fundamentalist churches?

" His latest lie is that the USA is one of the "largest Muslim countries in the world". Anyone can look up the stats and clearly see that this is not true. Muslims make up LESS THAN ONE PERCENT of the total population in America, while confessing Christians make up a whopping 78% of the American population"

The lie is yours, What the President actually said was that America has one of the largest populations of Muslims in the world, which, after Indonesia and Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia, is actually quite true. You have heard of immigration, have you not?

"...But Obama was quick to lie about that as well, declaring we are not a Christian nation, and then just a few weeks later saying we are one of the "largest Muslim countries in the world".

Again the lie is yours, we are not a "Christian" nation, the principle of the separation of church and state, as well as freedom of religion, is enshrined in the constitution.

"His lies are SO obvious that I could literally let a 1st grader sit in a room and watch his speeches and even HE/SHE could figure it out!"

Ok brian, you asked for it. If you're going to lie, you're asking to be exposed. So let's see what's in both the Quran and the Hadith, shall we?:

Qur'an (9:30) - "And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"

From the Hadith:

Qur'an (5:51) - "O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people." Posted by Audacity_of_Deception

OK where in the verses you cite does it call for suicide bombings, as you posited earlier? You know, reading is fundamental.

"From the Hadith:..." Posted by Audacity_of_Deception

In Islamic terminology, the term hadith refers to reports about the statements or actions of Muhammad, or about his tacit approval of something said or done in his presence.[3] Classical hadith specialist Ibn Hajar says that the intended meaning of "hadith" in religious tradition is something attributed to Muhammad, as opposed to the Qur'an.[4] Other associated words possess similar meanings: "khabar" (news, information) often refers to reports about Muhammad, but sometimes refers to traditions about his companions (sah?ba) and their successors from the following generation (t?bi'?n); conversely, "athar" (trace, vestige) usually refers to traditions about the companions and successors, though sometimes connotes traditions about Muhammad. The word sunnah (custom) is also used in reference to a normative custom of Muhammad or the early Muslim community.

Hadith are generally categorized as sah?h (sound, authentic), da`?f (weak), or mawd?` (fabricated). Other classifications used also include: hasan (good), which refers to an otherwise sah?h report suffering from minor deficiency, or a weak report strengthened due to numerous other corroborating reports; and munkar (ignored) which is a report that is rejected due to the presence of a solitary and generally unreliable transmitter."

Fifth grade. the acts of the Prophet are separate from the Quran, and are not regarded as holy text.

Btw, since you are using holy text to justify the unholy,

"1:4 And Judah went up; and the LORD delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand: and they slew of them in Bezek ten thousand men.

1:5 And they found Adonibezek in Bezek: and they fought against him, and they slew the Canaanites and the Perizzites.

1:6 But Adonibezek fled; and they pursued after him, and caught him, and cut off his thumbs and his great toes.

1:7 And Adonibezek said, Threescore and ten kings, having their thumbs and their great toes cut off, gathered their meat under my table: as I have done, so God hath requited me. And they brought him to Jerusalem, and there he died.

1:8 Now the children of Judah had fought against Jerusalem, and had taken it, and smitten it with the edge of the sword, and set the city on fire.

1:9 And afterward the children of Judah went down to fight against the Canaanites, that dwelt in the mountain, and in the south, and in the valley.

1:10 And Judah went against the Canaanites that dwelt in Hebron: (now the name of Hebron before was Kirjatharba:) and they slew Sheshai, and Ahiman..."

Genocide in the name of the lord, both sides do it. and you mark out for one side.

"...If there was such a country called "Palestine" then there would be no need for a so-called "Palestinian state". A 5th grader could figure this out. " Posted by Audacity_of_Deception

But apparently you cannot.

"The name Palestine refers to a region of the eastern Mediterranean coast from the sea to the Jordan valley and from the southern Negev desert to the Galilee lake region in the north. The word itself derives from "Plesheth", a name that appears frequently in the Bible and has come into English as "Philistine". Plesheth, (root palash) was a general term meaning rolling or migratory.

From the fifth century BC, following the historian Herodotus, Greeks called the eastern coast of the Mediterranean "the Philistine Syria" using the Greek language form of the name. In AD 135, after putting down the Bar Kochba revolt, the second major Jewish revolt against Rome, the Emperor Hadrian wanted to blot out the name of the Roman "Provincia Judaea" and so renamed it "Provincia Syria Palaestina", the Latin version of the Greek name and the first use of the name as an administrative unit. The name "Provincia Syria Palaestina" was later shortened to Palaestina, from which the modern, anglicized "Palestine" is derived.

This remained the situation until the end of the fourth century, when in the wake of a general imperial reorganization Palestine became three Palestines: First, Second, and Third. This configuration is believed to have persisted into the seventh century, the time of the Persian and Muslim conquests.

The Christian Crusaders employed the word Palestine to refer to the general region of the "three Palestines." After the fall of the crusader kingdom, Palestine was no longer an official designation. The name, however, continued to be used informally for the lands on both sides of the Jordan River. The Ottoman Turks, who were non-Arabs but religious Muslims, ruled the area for 400 years (1517-1917). Under Ottoman rule, the Palestine region was attached administratively to the province of Damascus and ruled from Istanbul. The name Palestine was revived after the fall of the Ottoman Empire in World War I and applied to the territory in this region that was placed under the British Mandate for Palestine. "

Your fifth grade teacher would have flunked you.
