- Dear Lesley Stahl,
I was watching your report on Cesar Millan this last Sunday 8/28/11 and have a few comments.
The statement "soothing the savage beasts that no one else can" is false. If you look at the web site of MP K9 All Breed Dog Training you will find that Gregory has been doing the same and has over 30 years of experience.

At 25 I became a family man and joined the Military Police Corp, intent on working K9. By age 28 I got my chance. During my time in K9 I worked police patrol, point (lead) for the Special Forces (Green Beret) jungle patrols, narcotic detection with DEA, bomb dog trainer and K9 Liaison between the US Government and the Republic of Panama. I've been bitten more than I care to remember and probably will be bitten many more times before I retire from working with dogs all together. Dogs have always given me more than I could have ever given them. They have saved my life and the lives of others on many occasions. They have been my partners and friends for a lifetime. Now I train dogs not so much for the money but because a trained dog with an informed owner has less chance of ending up at the end of a lethal injection needle for being vicious.
Gregory also makes house calls and trains the owners, as well as training the dogs.
I was appalled as a US Citizen that you and Cesar seemed happy and even joked that he came to the United States by jumping over the border working as a dog groomer, walker and trainer while being illegal citizen. He just got lucky when his path crossed with Jada Pinkett Smith. She hired him knowing he was illegal and didn't speak English.
I think you should look at the MP K9 Dog Training web site and see that Gregory is a United States Veteran and the credentials he has. Give the American soldier the credit he deserves! - Reply to this comment
- I am very upset with your poor choice of language when you said natural gas was the "Ugly Stepchild". Do you have any idea how offensive that is to all of us stepparents that have wonderful, beautiful stepchildren and your language is hurtful to these poor kids that have been abandoned by their bio parents and now wonder if they are truly loved by their stepparents and there you are telling them that they are ugly and unlovable. Do me and the rest of us a favor and think before you speak.

- I am neither of Isreali, Jewish or Palestinian origin. But it seems like the Jewish people are once again under attack. When I saw the story by Leslie Stahl, my heart fell back into my stomach. I do not understand how she can hold her head up in public after the obviously biased interview she did on the City of David. If she had treated an American Indian that was trying to save tribal land that way, she would have been absolutely attacked - but then again, we know she would never have been that rude to an American Indian.....that wouldn't be politically correct. I have lost all respect for Leslie Stahl, and 60 minutes. To all Isrealies,I would like to apologize her behavior and predjudice. It seems our country has no loyalty to it's friends and supporters, only those who wish to destroy it.

I'm baffled at your indignation over Israel buying land, then digging underneath to find history.
I know that you know that while Israel treats people of all faiths with respect, many Muslim countries discriminate against Christians and Bahais, as well as against Jews.
I know that you know that there are Arab members of Israel's parliament.
I know that you know that the only time Jews were even allowed in Saudi Arabia was to defend the kingdom in the first Gulf War. You don't really think that a Muslim state in the eastern part of Palestine would allow Jews within its borders, do you?
I know that you know that Israel had vicious and violent enemies long before capturing Jerusalem.

- Leslie, I admire you for your unflinching interview on "Sixty Minutes" on June 5. Your questions were perceptive and persistent in the face of continuous spin which denied the injustice of arhelogical digs under the homes of Palestinians, and of each interviewee's insistance on the right of Israel to all of Jerusalem. I did not see bias on your part, just determination to obtain truth from people who consistently evaded your questions. You do not deserve the harsh criticisms you've received.

- I have always suspected you were antisemitic. Tonight you have given me good reason to know I was correct in that suspicion. I ask you to go back and watch the segment on The City Of David. One could not help the vitriolic look in your eyes. Once again, CBS proved to be in the Arab side of the equation.

- I am outraged at how you spoke to the Mayor of Jerusalem insinuating that the Jews are expelling the Palestinians. If you really knew anything about the area you would know that the Israelis are the most compassionate and peace loving people in the Middle East. Who would treat a future suicide bomber in there hospital, only the Israelis. The Palestinians, as shown in your piece, are in to throwing rocks and killing innocent people. Can you name one Jewish Israeli suicide bomber? You should really be ashamed of yourself. You are a disgrace and you make me sick. I will not be watching you on 60 minutes & I hope every Jew and Christian too boycotts your lousy, anti Israel biased program.

I have never been so outraged in all my life. I just watched your segment on Jerusalem, and sat with a dropped jaw, as you blatantly took the side of the Palestinians. SHOCKING! A Jewish woman who made her way to the top despite her Judaism? WOW! Don't you know that they all know who and what you are? Don't you know that you are now a pariah with your own people, that's if your people will claim you at all....and frankly, I, for one...vote to throw you to the Palestinians. Let them have their way with you. Believe me...you were never the best journalist, never the best looking...despite your many plastic surgical procedures...but you were tolerated BECAUSE you were a Jewish woman. You were the token Jewish woman jouranlist. Period. How dare you go on national television and sell Israel down the river? You are a shameful example of a self loathing Jew, and I pray that your people all react to you now, and in the future, the way I feel tonight. You are a turncoat. No matter how you felt(and you obviously know very little about the situation) you had no right as a Jewish woman to make your treasonous views known on national television. How vile to see a person who rejects what they are, and thinks that they will become more popular, and try to infuse a dying career.. with one last back stab into the heart of a country who has fought every single day since 1948 to survive. Shame on you. And may every young budding Jewish journalist know that you represent the very worst of what our people produce every now and then.
