- I have been searching all over to find what companies sponsor Sharpton"s radio show and all i found were ads on his page for Mc Donalds, and Walmart. Anyone have any ideas where I can find a list of sponsors?I am hoping I wont be forced to spend 3 hours listening to his show.3 hours of him would leave me hugging the toilet. We need to get a list and start sending our thoughts to those companies.

- CBS is censoring it's own BLOG! Talk about hiprocracy and free speach. Well, CBS, you can just settle down for one layer toilet paper and I'll continue to sing "Jimmy crack corn and I don't care!" regardless if you continue to delete me. CBS is just an example of continual scattering of a scuffed ant den.

- With Imus' firing, CBS won't let us sing "Jimmy crack corn and I don't care1" anymore?
Seems rule of the antmound abound at CBS and all scatter. - Reply to this comment
- I can't say how glad I am to see how many others out there feel the way I do about this particular story and to see that we're finally speaking up. I think it is an outrage that CBS and MSNBC fired Don Imus, and I can only hope that their ratings drop tremendously. I myself will boycott both stations and the advertisers that pulled from the Imus show. As for Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, where are your apologies to the INNOCENT ex-Duke students who you gave hell to for "raping" that liar?I wont hold my breath!!

- Looks like my comment yesterday and many others were deleted. The postings out there start at 5 pm. April 12. The many earlier postings are gone. Oh Well! I thought CBS might be a little smarter than NBC, but I guess not. Looks like ABC, and cable networks will be my only choices. The good thing for me about all this is finding out how many others out there feel as I do about Sharpton and Jackson. These two men have done more to escalate racism in this country than anyone else I can think of but thanks to NBC and CBS, they will continue to have a voice. Don Imus will not.

- Can't understand why my comments were removed ! Was it for accusing al & jesse of relentless racism- farakhan for his hatred of all white people- cbs for caving to such a group of racist hypocrites -calling for ad people to pull their $ from all racist toned material which would bury the network- calling for free speech? citing the hatred of police, authority, and women in gangsta rap-accusing your co. of incompetence for the timing of the firing and the actual firing of Imus without warning- How can you let this man go, after all of the great things he's done for people of all color while you're in bed with x's&o's? When there are no standards and green is the only color that matters, freedom no longer exists for any race. I just heard the new leader of the black panthers speak on the air last night-He's been on before and hatred is his specialty. Imus is a decent guy-deserves another chance and enough with the double standards.

- Moonves and CBS are second in hypocrisy only to the joke team of Sharpton and Jackson (followed closely behind by Whoopi Goldberg who also called for Imus' firing even though her production company is named One Ho). If CBS never fired Howard Stern in all his years with them, then how does Moonves justify firing IMUS?
The Rev. Soaries says Imus must do more than apologize, he must make restitution. Well CBS and Moonves have taken away the best means for Imus to make any restitution. He has already proven over and over again his philanthropic side, their could have been an incredible opportunity for Imus to help the overall cause of improving decency on the airwaves after an appropriate suspension for his idiotic comments, hence making restitution. But since Moonves and the NBC loser who dropped the simulcast have become Sharpton's whipping boys, nobody wins in this situation. Sharpton and Jackson have only succeeded in making very intelligent and successful young female student athletes look like helpless victims, and all the individuals helped by the many charities that IMUS supported and the many causes Imus advanced will suffer greatly. CBS loses 15 miliion in revenues from the show and like all other American coporate CEO's who lose money for their companies Moonves will get a huge bonus. The American way! What a country. - Reply to this comment
- You should re-hire Don Imus immediately. What a great injustice you have done to a good man. Think of all the children you are going to hurt because you have narrowed his ability to raise money for them. Shame on you.

- Don Imus is a great American and has done so very much for black and white america in his charitable causes and also in his commentaries, which for the most part are meant to be humorous but are also cutting edge to the truth so many times in the political arena. He will be missed. I will in all my consious awareness boycott CBS ans MSNBC for their kneejerk reaction. And these sponsers.

- Imus being fired is the most stupid thing I have ever heard of.. The good Rev. Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson are by far the two most racist people I have ever seen.. Its ok for blacks to talk about ''WHITEY'' and ''REDNECK'' but god forbid someone say something about blacks. i guess as long as you blame someone else for all the problems you have it will always be this way. take responcability for you self... My self and several million more will never watch you station or use its advertizers until Imus has his spot back..Maybe what Imus said wont ruin the rest of your lives....

- Sharpton's hypocrisy and Jackson's rhyming is no excuse to rationalize Imus' racism. Imus could have and should have gone after those self-appoiinted moralists and no one would have critcized his remarks. The Rutgers athletes/scholars were not an appropriate target.

- CBS missed an excellent opportunity for an American public display of healing and forgiveness. Firing Imus does not solve anything; instead, it helps to create more tension between races. As usual, our nation will not get to the core of the problem that is related to historical hatred and oppression of Black African-Americans. Yes, Mr. Imus%u2019s remarks hurt but as CBS has admitted Mr. Imus %u201Cflourished in a culture that permits a certain level of objectionable expression that hurts and demeans a wide range of people.%u201D Across the board just look at how Black African-Americans are viewed and treated (publicly and privately). Black African-American woman have always been a safe target in the wide range of people. Afterall, who protects Black African-American women? CBS? The Government? Rappers? No one because demeaning Black African-American women is a multi-zillion dollar business for America and now that Imus is fired, labeled as the problem we can get back to business as usual.

- The Right Wing took the Janet Jackson %u201Cboob-tube%u201D mishap during the SuperBowl half time show and ran with it! The Republic Party controlled FCC went on a political witch hunt under the cloak of %u201Cmorality%u201D.
I see this situation with Don Imus has left the typically hypocritical Right Wing a bit unsettled. The Conservative Media Radio talking point machine which regularly energizes their listeners by spewing hate of Liberals, Middle Class Workers, and of course various Races, is now left to ponder which one of their many Right Wing Talkers will be next? - Reply to this comment
- The firing of Don Imus was too much and not warranted.
This is pure hipocracy.
I recall AL Sharpton and Jesse Jackson condemming the Duke Lacrosse players and "demanding justice" a leap to conviction yet, I hear of no apology from these people now?
Michael Richards aka "Kramer" made a racial remark at a comedy event and was forced to apologize
Why can't Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson protest in front of civic center arenas demanding black Hip Hop stars and comedians to stop their racial slurs towards their own culture and boycott all sponsors supporting this.
I do not see them demanding these artists tone down their anti-white lyrics
Who are they kidding-dont call me the "N" word and turn around and make money off if it by selling music and movies.
If I recall Stevie Wonder wrote a song titled "I Wish" in this song, his opening lyrics are "Looking back on when I was a little nappy headed boy"
Since when did this become offensive-only when a white person said it?
We will only begin to exist together when we all begin to respect each other as who we are, human and err is human.
