It''s called ''looting'' and we are finally getting a taste of what Wall Street and the City of London has done for decades to 3rd world countries.

What''s hilarious is that after they knew the bailouts wouldn''t work they play-stupid and say "OMG Who could''ve ever known?".

Folks the Congress are nothing but a gaggle of punks and suckers. Barney Frank is an idiot and a clown who lovingly allows Hank the Snake Paulson to loot the American tax payer.

Barney Frank must step down NOW!!!

I''d rather see House Republicans take over and Ron Paul STOP THE BAILOUTS!!!!

This is ridiculous!

If I go get a credit card with a $2000 credit limit, or an unsecured personal line of credit for $2000, I don''t have to say where I''m spending the money either, as long as I pay it back. It is a mistake to focus on prying out from the bank where they are spending the money. The focus really needs to be on whether the banks that got the money are, as a result of getting the money, now on a stable enough footing that the government can expect to be paid back.
But really, it''s pretty obvious where the money has gone. It is to stop foreclosures. The banks don''t want to foreclose on homes right now because they know that if they do, they will have to take a loss since the housing market stinks. They would rather the owners who aren''t paying mortgages simply continue to hold title to the property, and then when the housing market comes back up in a few years, they will foreclose then and sell the homes at a profit.

These Banks aren''t worried about ever having to account for this money, since the planned destruction of the United States, it''s Constitution, Rule of Law, and Civil Order, is about to get underway.
Martial Law, Citizen Round-Ups, FEMA Camps, and Population Reduction, are just a few of the pleasant surprises awaiting us.
Lock and Load, America, and Let the Games begin.......

You know what will take this clowns to pay attention is to see what a 45 caliber bullet does to the body when it rips into the soft tissue of the chest. Just 2" from the left side of the chest is all it takes. We are not going to take this SH*T anymore. Their days of Wine & Roses in the banking world is done for, Say good night Gracie

Why isn''t the Congressional leadership shutting this down? They have the power to stop this madness with a vote, maybe they are in the little clique that knows where it is all going. Why would a Wall Street company needs lots of cash in a hurry, only answer is to pay off the shareholders of the Wall Street company that want out.
Who are the large holders of the Wall Street companies who command that kind of attention? The ChiComs, India, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Korea; American taxpayers are bailing out foreigners. This is why we have all of the secrecy and just a whimper or two from Congressional leader, it''s one more swindle.

There are a great deal of people commenting on this article that understand the ponzi scheme imposed upon the American people in 1913. When need to spread the word about why the FED should be abolished, the CFR, Bildeburgers and NWO. Just this summer, petrol was selling for close to $4.00 a gallon. When the those in charge want to bankrupt Dubai,Kuwait,Iran, Venezuela and other oil producers, the force the price to drop. The are doing this so we accept a World Currency. To those who think the people in Washington care about you or me, they don''t. Get over it. If you want someone to love you get a dog or someone to really care what you think go to e harmony. It is all about power and world dominance. Control a countries currency, control the people. Watch or listen to Alex Jones at Infowars. Don''t forget to read up on the American troops stationed here for when we get fed up enough to riot. Remember what happened after Katrina? We are dispensible to the elite bankers who run our country. Our represented officials are threatened w/ marshall law if they fail to vote in the bailout. It''s on youtube, direct from cspan. The shrub doesn''t follow the constitution.
To add what farnorth5 wrote, when a president selects a person to head the FED, he/she is given a list to choose from. It is not like he could appoint just anyone. He choose from a small group of canidates who are part of the agenda.

A secret? Didn''t nearly $1.6 billion go to bank 1.6 executives'' pockets as salaries, bonuses, etc(from yesterday''s report)? This is not capitalism. This is communism. This is robbery. Is the real purpose of the Bush/Cheney/Paulson''s bailout plan is to take care of their friends first?

------------------ (Don''t know why. The ABC News has blocked my ids from posting comments on its site. They also deleted some of my comments. And they refuse to tell me why. I read the CBS news more often now. Guess the freedom of speech is no longer in ABC News'' vocabulary.)

The solution is simple. We need a majority of the people to concern themselves with the common welfare of Americans.

Yes, we Americans turn a blind eye to things until it BLOWS UP in our stupid faces. Out of sight, out of mind. Until we start paying up the nose for this in our taxes. Then it will be waaah waaaah waaaaaaaaah!

The remainder of this bailout money should NOT be released at all! Just the fact that these folks have the nerve to say they won''t disclose how they have spent what they received so far, is reason enough to know it wasn''t spent the way it should have been. And, the fact that the execs. still got over a billion dollars in bonuses is a slap in the face of every working American. No more welfare for the rich...how about a little more help for the middle class? What a disgrace!!

Go to Infowars.com and listen to Gerald Celente''s phone interview with Alex Jones. He lays it all out.
There''s been a Financial Coup of the Government by the Banks and Wall Street in broad daylight, and there WILL BE Worldwide uprisings by the people.
It''s all gone too far and can''t be reversed or fixed by Obama or anyone else. It''s going to be the Second Revolutionary war.

Well Caribou Barbie ,you have that right only more so .While everyones attention was on the "$700 Billion bailout or "ELSE",The federal Reserve actually gave out $2 Trillion Dollars unaccounted for.(The neat trick about that is that because the Fed is actually a private bank it doesnt have to tell anyone anything)It has no legal obligation to actually publish any form of year end financial statements. What a sweet deal for the owners !!!!!

Don''t give them one more stinkin'' dime of taxpayer money until they promise in writing to account for exactly where it goes. Not. One. Stinking. Dime. No exceptions.

Meanwhile, I''m off to the mattress store to choose my new bank.

Eye-opening article; and where is an accounting of the Auto companies. Cerberus with 80.1% of Chrysler is Chaired by Bush insider former Secretary of the Treasury John W. Snow. Stink? Sure, former V/P Dan Quayle led by Cerberus management purchased 51% of GMAC finance in late 2006 at which point it begins to stink a lot. Who is really getting bailed out? Google Cerberus, it is a name from Greek mythology of a 3 headed dog that guarded the underworld. Sweet!
It seems Ford Motor that opted out doesn%u2019t seem to have a connection. All this makes me want to hold my nose even harder than the last time I had to vote for President Bush.
Are you asking yourselves some hard questions right now? I am. I learned of this from Michael Savage on one of the talk radio shows that may soon be silenced by the so called "Fairness Doctrine". Checked myself, Ref. below
