Actually, we would''''ve gone into recession/ dpression no maatter who the president was during this time. Look at all the stuff that has happened in America after the 911 attacks and war in Iraq. No matter who was president, we would be having these problems. So let''''s not place blame anyone.

I seriously doubt anyone but a true moron would have attacked Iraq because we were attacked by the Taliban, which was based in Afghanistan. That little gem, costing about 140 Billion a year, and ultimately predicted to cost a total of 3-5 trillion, is what started us down this path.

Let''''s fix the blame where it should be--largely on Bush, the Neocons, and the "Reagan Revolution."

That sounds so mealy mouth. Really. "Let''s not blame anybody now, because well that is just how it is."

Truth is that Bush ran an economy based on corruption. He allowed energy brokers to run amok, doing as the pleased without his energy department even becoming slightly concerned on behalf of US citizens. He created false pretenses to enter a war with a country not even responsible for 9/11 and he enriched his "buddies" Haliburton to the tune of billions in the process. All this at our expense, and you want to not lay blame anywhere??????

What happens when China decides to cut its losses by dumping a massive amount of its U.S. reserves? It would deflate the dollar to a value just higher than worthless!!!

Which would be suicide for China.

Steven Ortiz, I hope you see this post. Your story really hit close to home. I am in real estate also and am beginning to feel the crunch here in the south. I have however, found a solution that has helped many of us to not worry this holiday season.

I am not used to blogging and am not sure if I can share this with you over a post? Can I share websites in a post?
