Obviously not a private family matter, but a newsworthy libtard headline...

I agree, no argument from me on that.

And yes it is all theatrics, the thing is, who can pull it off without looking like theatrics. Right?

The mess that Palin has started with the $150.000 worth of cloths, and whatever else she bought, doesn''t look very good for the repubs right about now.

It looks exactly the way, what most Americans think the Repubs think, like they are above evryone else.

In these times, I think repubs would want to look fiscally responsible, and not spending money on frivolous things. Esp, when Americans are being thrown out of their homes, and facing economic uncertainty.

Its not the free markets fear of recession , what it is, it is the FEAR OF OBAMA. Have you notice when Obama is strong in the polls the Market reacts. They dont want a socialist president. Obama tax plan will kill jobs.

The market responds to the prospect of the grand trinity pelosi/reid/obama and their anti-business rhetoric. They weren''t kidding, "the party''s over". Vote the future with sound economic policies, vote McCain/Palin. They''re the perfect team to drag us out of this muck.

Republicons set the record this last Congress (since 2006) for filibusters. How many Butch vetos did Congress fail to over-ride?

We need at least 60 Dems in the Senate to change any of this fascist country.

Sorry, McCain voted for the bailout. In fact, if you listen to him, it would not have gone thru without him.

Remember he went running back to D.C. to "jump start" the bailout talks? He even suspended his campaign to do so.

The whole thing was nothing but theatrics...

When Bush won in 2004 many of my friends were very depressed about it, but I told them to look at the bright side of it: Let Bush do his thing for four more years and run the economy to the ground so Americans will learn once and for all what a bad politician looks and sounds like.
I''m afraid I was right in my assesment but at least we''ll be better off in our collective wisdom.

The Republicon fascist government policies have been exposed as a complete wacked out fiasco. RIP Greenspan, Ray Gun, Milton Friedman, Grover Norquist. I am just glad this happened NOW.

You know what I changed my mind about Obama! I think he will be better for national security and the economy!

Plus sarah palin $150,000.00 on clothes, most Americans could have bought a home for that amount!

Besides I think Sarah Palin is really a Terrorist

Or do liberals just have NO CLUE how to run a successful business?

Ben and Jerrys'' Ice Cream would be a good example of a liberal business.

They seem to be successful...

Funny, I don''''t feel so happy. But at least we''''re not a big splat at the bottom of a cliff.

Then we wouldn''''t feel anything at all.

LOL,,I guess you might be right, about the cliff.
But the fact remains, the "experts" expected this bailout to work, and it didn''t.

And when it did fail, they couldn''t tell us why it did so.

Backed it? Demotards thought it up - they are the ones in the MAJORITY, aren''''t they???

Posted by pelosilover at 01:50 PM : Oct 24, 2008

In their minds:

Bad=Bush
Good=Democratic Congress

In the 90''s:

Good=Clinton
Bad=Republican Congress

See how easy that makes it?

no expert has admitted to knowing exactly why the bailout "didn''''t" work.
Posted by slim1h2o at 01:54 PM : Oct 24, 2008

It DID work. It kept us from falling off a cliff.

Now we''re just careening out of control down a steep, steep hill.

But we''re not falling off a cliff.

You should be HAPPY!

Funny, I don''t feel so happy. But at least we''re not a big splat at the bottom of a cliff.

Oh, boy, it looks as if the time has come to have ketchup and water for dinner like it used to be back during the last Depression in the 30''s.
This time around I suggest people add some garlic to it to make it really tasty and satisfying.
Bon apetit, you s.uckers!!!

To be fair, Pelosi promised the most "Ethical and effective" Congress. EVER.

She didn''t say they''d DO ANYTHING.

And they''ve sure had AN EFFECT by doing NOTHING.

Well, nothing before this BAILOUT FOR THE WEALTHY.

a true lack of understanding - see above -

BTW - wasn''''t the demtard majority congress that masterminded the bailout package(s)???

I think it is you, who doesn''t understand. And keep in mind, that no expert has admitted to knowing exactly why the bailout "didn''t" work.

And before you start blaming one party or another, over the other party.

Both parties has a hand in this mess...The sooner you realise that, the better.

BTW, let''s hear "your", on how the world financial system works.
