This goes back further than Roosevelt...these scum are still annoyed that we overthrew the king and are hungry for a return to the "good ol'' days" of the aristocracy.

Every working stiff in this country should be clamoring to join a union to stave off this assault on our freedom through extortion!

These are the culminating days of the right wing corporate idolator''''''''s heist, their contract on american labor, the harvest of their hatred for Roosevelt, the New Deal, the vision of a socioeconomic system policed by a central government which would if functionally healthy defend the common good through collective reasoning and representation the interest of all

(This is my guess)I bet this morning Both of them were invited to the White House on Thursday. Obama tried to conact McCain to coordinate the message. McCain calls everything off. Knowing Obama was going to Washington as well McCain would look like the leader if he said something first.

The time line for todays events can finally be understood. If the president is inviting Obama and McCain to the withhouse they would have found out about it this morning. Obama calls McCain after the president has invited both of them this morning. He tries to get a joint statement out. McCain comes out and goes public saying that HE is going to Washington. Knowing Obama was going as well. He was just trying to make it look like Obama was following McCain. It is a good trick. Both of them were invited to the white house this morning. They would have to plan these things. It

Well my friend, you may very well "love Sarah," but you''re obviously not too fond of thinking, got to give you credit for having that in common with the Hokey Mom you''ve got such a crush on. Can you actually fool yourself enough to believe that anyone -- whether "Far Left Liberals" or utterly confused Conservatives -- could POSSIBLY be jealous of Bush?! Check out the news, when you get a chance. Your boy now has the lowest approval ratings on the economy in his entire 7.5 years in the White House, for cryin'' out loud! By the way, when Clinton unleashed the U.S. Airforce to end the war in the Balkans and overthrow Milosovic, that DIRECTLY led to Milosovic being driven from power. He was later captured and tried for War Crimes by the international tribunal in the Hague. (Look it up if you don''t know what the Hague is.) And Clinton didn''t even have to torture anyone to bring that Serbian Terrorist/War Criminal to justice. So check your facts and lose your attitude, if at all possible.

Does a federal pension for life after only serving one term in Congress or Senate qualify as a federal golden parachute?

When will that perk come to an end?

Gee, thanks Paulson. So nice of you. Just yesterday you were virulently opposed to any executive golden parachutes, and only relented because of public and congressional pressure. Good to know you have the public''s interest at heart.

Oh goody!

Paulson''s going to let us collect pennies on the dollar. These clowns lost ten thousand times more than their cushy parachutes.

NO reward for failure. Let them eat cake.

ABSOLUTELY NO BAILOUT for MILLIONAIRES!!

You FarLeft liberals are jealous because BUSH is a winner President while Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton are losers. Bush is the greatest terrorists hunter we have seen. Theres never been so many terrorists imprisoned. By the way how many terrorists has any LIBERAL President sent to jail? Zero.
