- Spam is cheap? Where I live (Wisconsin) there are plenty of fresh meats that are cheaper. I just assumed that''s the way it is everywhere, Maybe not?

- During my student years I had no money and no where to go one Thanksgiving so I cooked a can of spam with a pineapple ring on top and studded with a few cloves. Tasted great.
