- EURO UP-US DOLLAR DOWN THE PLUGHOLE..
Posted by underdogus at 02:27 PM : May 19, 2008
I wouldn''t give the Euro more than 10 years either, considering that a one size fits all approach to interest rates and a high exchange rate, is hardly helping the Spanish and Irish property markets or Italian exporters. - Reply to this comment

- The lies are getting harder and harder to hide.
Oil prices are the highest they''ve ever been and there is no shortage.
The average person is still too stupid to figure out what''s going on, so the speculators will keep taking gas up to $5 and $6 a gallon....and then maybe $10 or until all you boneheads figure it out. - Reply to this comment

- We all know who has faith based factoids(half-brained, half baked and full embarassment) about W.
I know you need faith to try to cover up the entirely failed GOP and conservative agenda of stealing from the taxpayers. And they now have mcBush, like a rock, only dumber. - Reply to this comment

And only those with only half a brain would compare the economy them to the disaster the Repubs have created now. The problems with massive borrowing and spending by Bush are yet to be realized. - Reply to this comment

Do you have any facts that you could present? Because it is a FACT that Pres. Clinton presided over one of the greatest economic growth periods of our country, and that he left office with a SURPLUS, which your idiot in chief has now run into a multi-trillion deficit.

- The Great Emperor Bush II is upset that the NABE has forecasted that the economy will continue to head "south" for the rest of the year, no matter what the Great Emperor does about it.
Paltry "Stimulis Checks" will not bring prices down or increase the value of the dollar, only make BIG BUSINESS that much richer.
However, the Great Emperor Bush CAN do something which is what his father did during the recession he caused 16 years ago, and every prior Republican Emperor since Herbert Hoover!
He can continue to deny that a recession exists, and make it plain to the departments involved that ONLY GOOD NEWS will be accepted in his court, NOT BAD NEWS!!! It will not matter to the Great Emperor how true or "bogus" this news is, just so long as it is ENCOURAGING!
This trend will continue until the Great Emperor leaves the throne at which time, when the new Emperor takes over and finds out about how bad the situation really is, the ex-Great Emperor Bush can always say it wasn''t his fault!!!!!
What a guy!!!!
SIG HEIL, BUSH!!!!
sig heil, DEFINITELY MORE OF THE SAME, McCain!!!! - Reply to this comment
- Over 4,000 dead Americans: Bush''s "victory."

- I dont see what the liberal media is talking about. They wish to spread doom and gloom in a futile attempt to make President Bush look bad. Posted by faith_in_w at 10:52 AM : May 19, 2008g

Aren''t you wingnuts tired of reciting this "liberal media" nonsense. Just think of all the stupid things like tort reform crisis, weapons of mass destruction, unfairness of inheritance tax ect. ect. ect. you Repubs believe in and relize all of these lies started in the media. As for the media making Bush look bad, Bush is the worst President this country has eaver seen, have you lost your mind? - Reply to this comment
- MCVet, come on now. Anyone with half a brain will tall you that Clinton mismanaged the economy and we were in rough shape when Bush took office. He has worked very hard everyday to bring this country back to this meager level and we need to elect McCain so the policies that have made the miracle Bush economy stay in place so that it progresses on. I dont see why you are so upset with free market capitalism but good luck in your job search.

He was handed a nation in GOOD economic shape... HANDED a balanced budget and a surplus! As we speak the debt is 9.5 TRILLION Dollars, that debt is growing at the rate of 1 MILLION dollars a day. We have a RECORD Deficit and are borrowing money in a feeble attempt to jump start Comsumer spending... why? Because that''s the ONLY tax base we have left. ALL the other jobs have been shipped to some other nation. I could go on for awhile but THOSE are just facts and the FREE PRESS had nothing to do with the INCOMPETENCE and FAILURE of the Republican Party and Heir Bush making it so! Now let''s let the Fuhrer know you are out here licking those boots... STAY THE COURSE!! SIEG HEIL BUSH!! Dumb as a box of rocks!! - Reply to this comment
