Be practical dude!
Oil producing nations don''t depend on us any more as the only main consumer. In India and China where people used to ride on the bicycles are now driving motor vehicles. The combined population of India and China is more then the combined population of USA and EU.
We need to boycott all those enemies of United States who want to buy HATRED, TERRORISM and 9/11 against GOD-NEGLECTED AMERICANS and UNHOLY LAND UNITED STATES by protecting a NON-AMERICAN CAUSE, NON-AMERICAN GOD-CHOSEN PEOPLE and a NON-AMERICAN HOLY LAND, those who don''t support the idea of the destruction of ISRAEL on the PALESTINIAN MAP far away from the concentration camps in Germany, so that we can enjoy ARAB OIL in cheaper prices. - Reply to this comment

- This may be an incredibly stupid question but I''ll ask it anyway. As we see the price of gas here in America go up like a rocket, how about other countries in Europe? Before our prices started to spike they were paying anywhere from 5 to 8 dollars per gallon. As the oil "shortage" continues to drive up prices here, is the same thing happening to their prices? I haven''t heard or seen anything on this and I was just wondering if someone out there had any answers. Thanks.

- CANYOUTELLME: They are probably independent traders. But I think they are being played By Iran and others. Its kinda like insider trading.
We are a spoiled people. We think gas should be fifty cents because we are addicted to cheap Gas. We should all ask our selfs what is a gallon of gas really worth. How much would you pay to avoid walking 30 miles? Is that worth $4, $5, $6? How much is it worth to take your family somewhere with all their stuff? Currently $70 will take me and my wife and our three kids and all their junk about 400 miles. Thats less than a quarter to move 5,000 pounds a mile. Sounds like a bargain to me. Thats the problem Oil is really worth a lot more than we pay for it. - Reply to this comment

- This rise in OIL prices is SOLELY the doings of the oil futures traders. That is ALL it is. They hear of something happening in the world and then bump up the price of oil because of what *MIGHT* happen. EVERYTHING they said that *MIGHT* happen simply DIDNT. And when these issues passed (such as the recent Nigera issue and the 12,000 other issues before that), the price did NOT come back down. Why? because a select FEW are getting rich on this. The oil companies are not putting a stop to it because they''re profiting... why should they? If you REALLY want to do something about this, then find out who these OIL FUTURES commodity traders are and find out who they work for. If it turns out they work FOR the OIL industry, then you''ve got a major issue. If it turns out they''re just stock brokers and traders working for themselves, then there is ZERO way to stop it.

- [The only reason you cherry pick and lack full disclosure of these truths is because your agenda is not supported by all the facts. So having said that you better read "all" and as you would say "weep".]

- I''''m not a Nazi, just a Clinton supporter. Obama bin Laden has too many Middle East ties for my taste. Of course, only the Canadian and select overseas news sources mention those. Big Corporate news likes Barack Osama too much.

you DO realize that you make yourself sound like a bumbling idiot with your "obama bin laden" and "Barack Osama" comments, right? This is evidence of Clinton''s hold on those who are uneducated.

Not until the Oil barons claim full ownership of the public taxpayer funded university system development of this technology.
There is a whole lot of money stored in those oil wells, maybe they''ll push it a little farther. Drill less = less overhead higher profit margin from increased price. It is a balance however. Gotta keep the people at the right rate of production to keep the sociopaths functioning. They are fools if they don''t think they need the masses. They''re trying to do without however. - Reply to this comment
