We give thanks for a war of greed - 4000 Dead Americans.
2.5 billion a week in Iraq.
We give thanks for a worthless US dollar.
We give thanks for $4 a gallon gas.
We give thanks for the profits Halliburton is raking in even as our men and women are dying for those profits.
We give thanks for a tanking economy.
And for the record deficit.
And our debts to China.
We give thanks for a Liar-in-Chief.
We give thanks for his 935 LIES that brought us to war.
The list goes on.
There''s a great deal to be thankful for these days. - Reply to this comment
- As far as I can see, it was the policy of the Bush administration to prop oil prices up. Nver mind the Iraq war. A few years ago Bush was asked about the weak dollar but said he wasn''t concerned. Very few players in the U.S. benefit from a weak dollar. One of the big beneficiaries is the oil industry. Surprised?
From oil and food prices, to a record low dollar and inflation, to foreclosures and tumbling house prices...Bush has presided over the cumulative destruction of the economy. It hasn''t even hit the job market yet. Just wait until the bottom drops out. That lovable Bush appointee Bernanke is singing the same tune of denial that Bush is. No stagflation in sight. Stay the course. - Reply to this comment

- THE LAWS OF NATURE AND OF NATURES GOD
What do these eight words mean?
BLACKSTONES COMMENTARY ON THE LAW
(The law book of the founding fathers)
One of the three books used as an authority of the founding fathers! (Primary textbook for law students until 1920) Supreme Court cited it as the final authority!
Blackstone%u2019s reveal the meaning of the meaning
THE LAWS OF NATURE AND OF NATURES GOD
Man, created as a creature, must necessarily be subject to the laws of his creator, for he is a dependant being%u2026. And consequently, as man depends absolutely upon his maker for every thing, it is necessary that he should in all points conform to his maker%u2019s will. This will of his maker is called the law of nature. This law of nature, being coequal with mankind and dictated by God himself, is of course superior in obligation to any other. It is binding over all the globe, in all countries, and at all times: no human laws are of any validity, if contrary to this;%u2026and if our reaction were always clear and perfect the talk would be pleasant and easy; we should need no other guide but this. But every man now finds the contrary in his own experience; that his reaction is corrupt, and his understanding full of ignorance and error. - Reply to this comment
- That''''s absolutely correct sarge! In fact, I think Wall Street, (as well as most Americans), realize that whatever Bush says... the complete opposite is the actual truth.

It is, indeed, unfortunate to have to say, but virtually everything that comes from this man''s mouth IS the absolute opposite of the truth.
What an absolute insult to one''s intelligence and an utter disgrace to boot. - Reply to this comment
