I am normally not a fan of these types of cases but this one is long overdue and I hope California wins. These companies went overseas to produce their trash to escape our policies and I really hope they pay dearly.

At this point, I think that California is willing to sue anyone that can help them make up their $10 Billion budget shortfall. Sometimes it''''s embarrassing to be a Californian. On the other hand, for a group of politicians with no money, they seem awfully willing to spend it on the courts.

(And *** people, I also like a certain congressman, but lay off the unrelated spam. It''''s incredibly distasteful.)

So you think the state should act like the Bush Administration and allow the Toy Makers to just take them to lunch? Kids are DYING out here and YOU want to blame the ONLY Government attempting to do something? That''s really funny!!

Maybe we should just default the federal government to California. They seem to lead the country is environmental initiatives, safety issues, respect for privacy, and work-life balance. DC politicians are worthless next to those in California.

YOU LIVE IN INTERESTING TIMES
America is tipping back way too far in her easy chair. Something BIG is about to happen, and I predict this upcoming 2008 election will be extremely pivotal. I''m not going to name any candidates. You probably already know who my favorite is. But let me make my point absolutely clear: If you think times are boring, think again. If you think the future is predictable, think again. My advice to everyone who reads this is to be thoughtful. Trust only that wisdom which is your own. 90% of mainstream media in this country is controlled by fewer than 20 different organizations. Unfortunately, they, like our sold-out political ****** in Washington, were bought and paid for by the military-industrial-pharmacutical complex decades ago. Therefore, they will paint pictures they want to paint, and people will open their minds to pictures they want to see. So, be skeptical. Be wise. Research issues and talking points on your own, and share what you learn with those you love. The future of your family tree may lay in the balance.
