You better believe it!!
Years ago they called back plastic mini blinds because they had lead in them and I thought then that there is probably lead in everything. And when they started calling back kids jewelry, I KNEW there was lead in everything. If they put lead in kids jewelry, you can better believe they aren''t going to be careful with anything else.
The biggie is that there is probably lead in the dishes that people eat off of every day. And there are people that think that ALL dishes can go in the dishwasher. They can''t. If it doesn''t say dishwasher safe on them, they shouldn''t be going in the dishwasher. The finish on the dishes can break down when they are constantly put in the dishwasher, exposing the lead paint that is on them.
There are people that go to the doctor and the doctor doesn''t always know what is wrong with them. They probably have LEAD poisoning!! - Reply to this comment
- I bet the problem is a lot bigger than people think. Toys make the headline because this concerns kids, but almost every consumer item nowadays is made in China, not just toys. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
