Interesting, shoot a woman, then the troops left the area, according to reports. Apparently not interested in confirming that she was/was not a risk. They just knew they put her down. After about 40 of these cases, we''ll have another 10 billion in legal costs defending troops who now have to answer to the Iraqi authorities.
