- And I''m still waiting on you to provide a verse from the Quran that tells Muslims to love their enemies and pray for those who persecute them.
Still waiting. You had no problem bringing up a Bible verse, so let''s see one from the Quran that tells Muslims to love their enemies.
Just one
Stop changing the subject and twisting everything around to blame America for the world''s problems. that is EXACTLY what the enemies of our country want to hear. And you have no problem feeding them this traitorous garbage.
so answer the questions....I''m waiting.. - Reply to this comment
- IOWEIGN...So you say Al Qaeda did not exist in Iraq under Saddam???...How can you make a statement like that?...Al Qaeda is global...I would venture to say that there are in fact cells even in the good ol'''' U.S.A...(remember those guys who flew those airliners into our buildings?)If you don''''t think they were in Iraq...I suppose you think that Al Qaeda does not exist in Saudi Arabia as well...

The Commission investigating the 9/11 attacks on the United States has found that there''s no evidence linking Saddam Hussein''s former regime with the September eleven atrocities.
On April 29, 2007, former Director of Central Intelligence George Tenet said on 60 Minutes, "We could never verify that there was any Iraqi authority, direction and control, complicity with al-Qaeda for 9/11 or any operational act against America, period." - Reply to this comment
- ubrew, grow some integrity and answer a simple yes or no question:
Do you think it''''s evil what these Muslims are doing to these Christians simply because they aren''t Muslims?
YES OR NO?
Stop avoiding the questions. This tactic is old and your tricks aren''t going to work.
Either answer the questions or don''t bother. - Reply to this comment

I would be taking the quote out of context, which is something I''ll leave to you.
As I''ve tried to indicate to you, you have a hangup about words. Actions speak louder than words. Avoid it though you may, with as much scripture as your head can carry, but this horrific Mosul development wouldn''t have happened if American hadn''t invaded Iraq. As bad as Saddam was, there is no WAY he could have unleashed the horror that is visited DAILY on Iraqi''s since the breakdown of law and order in that country.
With the financial meltdown currently underway in America, you and the other Bible thumpers must sense a perfect opportunity to do to America what you did to Iraq: divide and conquer and convince the locals that extreme faith is the only way to salvation, now that secular authority has been destroyed. All praise Allah, oops, I meant Jesus. - Reply to this comment

- What I think is that this wouldn''''t have happened under Saddam Hussein. Where''''s a good dictator when you need one??

Changing the subject again. So are you now going to claim that Saddam Hussein didn''t kill thousands of innocent kurds and thousands of people who disagreed with his dictatorship?
What book was he carrying to his execution and did he carry in his possession during his whole trial? Why don''t you tell us, would you? - Reply to this comment
- And once again, the Spanish Inquisitions were the evil doings of the Roman Catholic Church, not Christians. And because this nation was founded upon the principles of CHRISTIANS, not the Catholic church, you are enjoying the freedoms you have today.
Every one of your arguments is easily debunked.
So again ubrew, instead of trying to change the subject, be a man and give an honest answer:
Do you think the Muslim radicals that are killing Christians in Mosul and terrifying them are justified in doing so, or will you admit that this is pure evil being conducted by them?

You had not problem capatilizing "Allah", a pagan crescent moon god, so don''t give me that garbage.
So I''ll wait again, for you to provide one verse from the Quran that states Muslims are to love their enemies and pray for those who persecute them.
Just one. Use that modern technology there pal. You had no problem doing it bringing up a Bible verse now did ya buddy.
No tricks, no gimmicks, just go find me that verse....

- StopSocialis said: "I''ll keep waiting... " I haven''t read the Quran as you have, since I''m not into fantasy. You say I''ve lost an argument. I would say the argument you lost was lost 220 years ago at the nations founding. You can peddle revisionist history all you want, the source of this nations greatness is the distance it puts between its conduct and the ''certainty'' of religious faith.
Christians in Spain, during the Spanish Inquisition, twisted Jesus'' words into justifying the torture of ''nonbelievers''. I suppose his words are of some comfort to the Americans holding prisoners in Guantanamo and Abu Graib: for myself I don''t find what they DO there comforting at all. - Reply to this comment
- ubrew12, your lies about the founding of our country are off the charts. This country was founded on CHRISTIAN principles. Not "religion", but the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is WHY you enjoy the freedoms that you do now.
"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ." - Patrick Henry
"It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible"

Again ubrew, I''m still waiting on you to provide a verse from your Quran that tells you to love one another and pray for those who persecute you, and pray for your enemies.

You''ve already lost your other argument, and you aren''t going to twist and article about maniac Muslims killing Christians into a tyrade of your deceiptful hatred towards Christians and Jews.
So I''ll ask you again:
Find me one verse that your "prophet" Muhammed wrote in the Quran that tells you to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
just one.

Despite his message I daresay his followers have done more mischief to their fellow man in his name than the followers of Allah. We are judged by our actions, not our words.
Significant to the founding of this country, in the 17th century German Protestants started hacking away at German Catholics and by the time the smoke cleared a third of the German population was dead. Drawing from that experience, the American founders wanted to put a healthy distance between the nations business and ANY religion, Christian or otherwise. If we are better than the Islamic countries, is to the degree that we divorce ourselves from ANY religious influence in the conduct of our nation, and yes, that goes for Christianity as well as any other religion. - Reply to this comment

- Stopsocialis, you are correct in stating that roman catholics are not christians, they in essence worship the pope and pray to various dead saints. Unfortunately many people have been deceived by the rcc and their teachings. Jesus said " I am the way the truth and the life, NO ONE comes to the father EXCEPT THRU ME.

- ubrew, there is NOTHING in the Gospels that tell us to start wars with people over their beliefs. That''s why in AMERICA people are free to believe in WHATEVER THEY WANT to believe in, and guess what the main faith of America is that dominates our land, that''s right CHRISTIANITY.
Do Muslim countries in the Middle East have the freedoms and liberties that we have in America? Yes or NO? Do they have freedom of religion over there like we do? NO. USE YOUR BRAIN.
Jesus:
Matthew 5:44
But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
Muhammed:
Sura (3:151) - "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority".
Who would you rather follow?
Find a verse in the Quran where Muhammed says "love your enemies" and "pray for those who persecute you", would ya? - Reply to this comment

Your argument has already been lost. I showed you the Scripture to refute your silly picking and choosing, and you cannot admit it. Typical tactic.
Again, what faith is dominant in this country? Do Muslim countries have as much freedom and liberty as we do? - Reply to this comment
