The equivalent in direct investment by Cheyney''s Haliburton, Trump and every other cut and runner from this country is what canceled the debt.
The Federal Reserve System printed up billions these promissary notes by the tax payer to give to Trump & Company and Haliburton adding to the inflation tax.

- Well in every sense of the word things in Iraq are getting much better..........across the board.
General Petraeus should be able to announce major troop withdraws after the 45 day pause until mid-September.
McCain put his entire political career on the line by pushing for the surge while the country was pushing the other way.
This man, McCain has a "solid" core. Obama''s core is more like "Jello"..............

- hypnotoad72: Iraq has to understand that we cannot be there forever, acting as their private security. They have got to take ownership of their nation. We have paid a great price for our actions and at some point we will come to the conclusion that the price is too high. They need to make strides instead of steps.

- Things still have to progress for this fractured government to take control. And these babysteps are happening to slow. Though this is a sign in the right direction, Iraq still has to get beyond tribal thinking to make this work.
