It is a settled policy of America, that as peace is better than war, war is better than tribute. The United States, while they wish for war with no nation, will buy peace with none. President James Madison

Men fight for liberty and win it with hard knocks. Their children, brought up easy, let it slip away again, poor fools. And their grandchildren are once more slaves. ~D.H. Lawrence, Classical American Literature, 1922

I must study politics and war that my sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry, and porcelain. John Adams

terrorislami-Lars,,,,, Get a grip, this White House says you are wrong & your islamofobia is only emboldening the enemy we are trying to defeat.

You are also adding to the dangers & threats to Israel''s own security.

is a shill for inbred retarded radical fascist nazi terrorislamic jihadists muslim slavers, murderers and rapists,,,

FASCIST NAZI TERRORISLAM / PERFECT EXAMPLE OF FASCISM!!!

radical retarded fascist nazi terrorislam jihadist slavers and murderers are intent on killing or enslaving all non muslims,,,

Why is there no muslim country that grants equal rights to non muslim citizens???

The most notable characteristic of a fascist country is the separation and persecution or denial of equality to a specific segment of the population based upon superficial qualities or belief systems.

Simply stated, a fascist government always has one class of citizens that is considered superior (good) to another (bad) based upon race, creed or origin. It is possible to be both a republic and a fascist state. The preferred class lives in a republic while the oppressed class lives in a fascist state.

DarkSkyAbove: Why do I think you never bothered to listen to any of the entire sermons Wright preached at Trinity? You prefered to listen only to the "sound bytes" offered by the MSM 24/7 for 2+ months. Wright is no more racist than I am and he spoke truth whether you care to believe it or not. He is NOT a stupid man nor is Obama. And you do NOT KNOW why Obama attended Trinity, how many Sundays he was there or what was going on in his mind while he was there! So don''t try to hang this "racist" BS on Obama. When you find the answers to any of the above issues, then maybe you can speak with certainty. Until then, stop making statements you can''t confirm with truth! You sound like a TRUE RACIST! Guess you must live in WV or KY! [How do you like me making assumptions about you?]

Since we are OCCUPYING Iraq, I don''t BLAME Al-Maliki and Iraqi citizens for protesting against the US and for not wanting 60 American bases ''built and maintained'' in their country! We had NO SOLID REASON FOR INVADING IRAQ other than the BS Bush/Cheney and Co. sold us about WMDs! Bush just wanted to be the "war prez" [thinking he would be lauded as the BEST prez ever] and Afghanistan [where he could have pursued bin Laden and fought the real enemy of Al-Qaeda] just wasn''t ''enough of a war'' since he thought if he took Saddam out and confiscated the oil rights in Iraq, he would be seen as the great prez. he invisioned! What a crock!

Just think is McBushInsane were to be elected [God forbid], our Supreme Court would then be filled with more Alitos, Scalias, Roberts'', and Thomas'' with NO FREEDOMS left for Americans let alone the so-called "insurgents"! People BETTER THINK HARD before casting [wasting] their votes for the ANCIENT, SENILE XEROXED COPY of Bush/Cheney!

JoeCoolSwat,,,,, According to McCain a long term presence in Iraq is what''s needed

According to Iraq, they aren''t a sovereign nation with continued troop presence.

What''s so hard to figure out ?????
