You moron, show me where the constitution states or even hints for that matter that the gov''t should have oversight over industries or business. The creation of oversight committees is actually in conflict with the constitution. And limiting the scope of gov''t IS in the constitution. Got your e-mail.

On Saturday, received two e-mails from "Mail Delivery Substation" saying: "Original message was received at Fri., 9 May/08 from david.

"(your email address)"....Deferred: Connection refused by (company email address. net)

Warning : message still undelivered after 12 hours.

It said it would keep trying to deliver the message for 5 days.

I thought they had blocked me, so I don''t know if I should send another.

I do have 2 more NEW email addresses that I could use. What do you think?
