If Sadr and his militia is deemed a terrorist or rebel organization, he will be stripped of his government stature as a candidate! AL- Sadr knows what is going on that is why he wants no fighting, it is better to wait for elections where he has a 99% chance of being elected as President, then he will tell the U.S. to leave!
