Rockefeller, oil-centered technology has kept American backwards and virtually undeveloped in the areas of urban and inter-urban transportatioin. The electric car was scrapped and crushed! - Actually, al Sadr is less pro-Iranian than al Maliki, more of an Iraqi nationalist...and he has done his best not to keep the peace and use time to dislodge the American occupation.
