Since Bush Declared End To Major Combat Operations In Iraq, Nearly 4,000 U.S. Troops Have Died
- J, ya gotta think better of our troops.
Most are not there because they could not get a job. That is Moveon.org stuff.
There are non-US citizens serving in Iraq. The military has ALWAYS had non-citizens serving. Probably not many on subs but they were common on ships.
And, we had 571 criminal conduct waivers on 160,000 recruited this past year. Not a big deal. - Reply to this comment

CNN was not even in existence during Carter.....

You are correct Don. The Gallup Pole only has a 69% disapproval rating. However, that is also a new record (previous low was Truemans 67%).
It also shows opposition ot the Iraq war is at a new high at 63%. - Reply to this comment

By the way Don, try to get out of high school & get a job with a living wage in this country..... It''s harder now with even 2 years of Junior College. - Reply to this comment
- J, where do you get this stuff about the Iraqi constitution being Sharia law.
It is no where near sharia law.
You need to read more objective articles...... - Reply to this comment

A CNN/Opinion Research Corp. survey shows that 71 percent of Americans disapprove of how Bush is handling his job as president, the highest disapproval rating ever for a president since it began being tracked in the 1930s. - Reply to this comment
