This whole "unlawful combatant" theory has got to go. The British are on their third or fourth terrorist case in court right now. The others have all been found guilty as charged and sentenced. Meanwhile, this country can''t even figure out how to get these people into court in the first place. How can you tell who deserves to be in Guantanamo or any of the other secret prisons the US has and who doesn''t without a trial?
