Man, to be a high ranking officer during the Dumbya regime is a one way ticket to forced retirement. Some very good career officer''s have been shoved to the wayside for political expiediancy.

Ron Paul is the only candidate
who will bring our troops home. VOTE RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT......................WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of that, when are you Ron Paul supporters going to go out and pick up all of your signs and banners that are littering the landscape?

He''s been out for at least 3 or 4 months, don''t you think you have an obligation to pick up after yourselves?

Let the Commanders in the field make the call !!

Posted by blackwater66 at 10:14 PM : Apr 09, 2008

Uh huh.

Would that be the field commanders that were fired / replaced for not toting the party line? You know - Adm Fallon, Gen Shineski, Gen Casey, Gen Abizaid, Gen Batiste, Gen Sanchez, etc, etc.

Or are you referring to the lackeys and puppies that say exactly what Bush wants them to say? The guys like Gen Petraeus and ....? Wait! He''s the only one left that WASN''T FIRED!!!!

blackwater66,,,,, Pay close attention to what he doesn''t say -

-- Sunni''s in Anbar are fighting amongst themselves for power & are tired of our occupation -
-- There are more insurgent groups forming; Turkman with numbers somewhere around 3 million & Sufi''s who also number around 3 million, all against our occupation.
-- There is a gap the size of the Grand Canyou between the "Bottom Up" & "Top Down" stratigies that can''t be filled by Maliki who still isn''t supported by Sheiite''s or Sunni''s
