The defining moment shows how deeply the militias infiltrated the local police force and army. This is an unfortunate but effective way to root them out of service.

mediocrity - moderate ability or value

GWB would have to soar high to reach a level that would hold a candle to mediocrity. He has however broken new ground when associated with the term idiocy. In the spirit of fairness I must admit he has been ably assisted in his infamous journey by a "nefarious, flagitious, heinous, infamous; vile, atrocious, execrable" group of accomplices and cronies.
Cheney by his design and Rice by her ineptitude and ineffectualness. His tenure, aided and abetted by the financially "ravenous, voracious, gluttonous, insatiable, avaricious, and yes greed", entities of Wall Street, major corporations and most of the banking industry of this country, will go down as the worst presidency in history for our great country. His administration and the actions of our financial and corporate criminals have elevated the word immoral, "violating moral principles; not conforming to the patterns of conduct usually accepted or established as consistent with principles of personal and social ethics" to entirely new depths of depravity. Those of you who elected this weenie, despite ample warning, should share in his shame for what has been done in the name of your greed, to this great country.

"The distrust and political apathy that followed Clinton has been supplanted with the mediocrity of a bonfide second stringer. More than anything, I regret the loss of a president who, either for his wisdom or for his flaws, was remarkable in some way.

There is little that the President could say at this point to elicit sincere rebuttle. His credibility has seeped into a place where only enmity can live. The distrust and political apathy that followed Clinton has been supplanted with the mediocrity of a bonfide second stringer. More than anything, I regret the loss of a president who, either for his wisdom or for his flaws, was remarkable in some way.

Why has traitor George W. Bush purchased 98,840 acres of land in Chaco, Paraguay to flee to? Why isn''t the media all over this?

October, 2006: "We must trust the president and hope the strategy works out for the best." - Hillary Clinton
March, 2008: ''We have given them [the Iraqis] the precious gift of freedom." - Hillary Clinton
As of March 2008: 4000 US personnell dead
1 million Iraqis dead (including approx. 300,000 children 11 and under).

his phrase is used incorrectly when it implies that God should bless our nation at the expense of others, that the United States should enjoy special privilege in the sight of God, or that the lives of Americans are inherently more valuable than the lives of any other people in the world."

Why bother to show up at all. The electoral college elects the President and those votes are determined by the primaries. How about entertaining a new movement and nobody show up to vote. What a hoot that would be. 0 to 0. Then they could draw straws or flip a coin since they are all pretty much shams anyway. Let''s start a no vote party. We don''t want anybody you''ve offered.

Apostacy!! Being Republican has lost all meaning. It%u2019s construct was simplified into talking points which eventually became meaningless. The polarization of our nation began peaking during when Karl Rove was in power. He was able to frame Democrats so simplistically it rang with the base they had formed. It still rings today%u2026%u2026%u2026..the rhetoric is outrageous!!!! One reason I like Obama so much is that he sets a different tone%u2026%u2026.and he is a Democrat. My own values fall well within the construct of the Democratic Party.

Our problems aren%u2019t just "liberal", they are capitalist and diplomatic, and infrastructure and war and death and terrorists..............remember......this country is made of Americans, made of people and ideas of all kinds.................over a vast land.

"%u201CGod bless America.%u201D This phrase is used correctly when it conjures an image of God helping people cope with the great losses they have incurred, when it pulls members of the nation together to help and serve one another, and when it asks for the healing of our brokenness that only God can offer. This phrase is used incorrectly when it implies that God should bless our nation at the expense of others, that the United States should enjoy special privilege in the sight of God, or that the lives of Americans are inherently more valuable than the lives of any other people in the world."

"a defining moment in the history of Iraq"

How in the world did this stupid SOB live past puberty? He gives new meaning to the term "dumber than a rock". No wonder he''s planning to retire in Paraguay, even Texas doesn''t want him back.

These elections are getting out of hand. I do not know who to vote for? Should we vote for Hillary or Obama or McCain any ideas anybody? The fighting on lying and racial bigotry that is going on in this election between the candidates is not good for the country! One idea is to go to http colon slash slash pilgrimswaylighted dot blogspot dot com do not add the www at all. Let me know what you think ok by the voting tab. whoever is the next president will be dealing with a big can of poisonous worms. Like the economy, illegal aliens and terrorism to boot etc. etc.

Bush sees "Defining Moment" in Iraq.

Uh, Bush seems to see a lot of things that other people do not see.

Perhaps what Bush should see, is a shrink.

Man is this idiot out of touch with reality or what?!

Posted by rebelscout at 06:51 PM : Mar 28, 2008

In clinical psychology, the correct term is "delusional"

When this Liar-in-Chief claimed he talked to God, he was either telling his biggest whopper or seriously deranged.

In some societies, these sick individuals would''ve been incarcerated in a mental institution, but not this idiot-in-chief.

No we went along with his crazy delusion and killed 4000 of our best in the process so far!

"With 8 years of failure by conservatives and you have a cocktail for a beatdown. How is John McCain going to inspire twice the voter turnout for his party? His great speeches? Conservative talk radio? His flip-flop talk express bus overstuffed with Lobbyists? We all love to engage in punditry but the facts are the facts. Repubs do not have the votes to win. Outside of a total collapse (And I mean TOTAL colapse, not merely a split of the electorate)the Dem party they can offer up a broccoli f-art in a jar and still gain the White House. What planet are you conservatives living on? Your Reagan Democrat pink cloud from 20+ years ago?"

I''ll give you a defining moment:

Soon you will be able to go to any dictionary and look up the following words:

disaster
tyrant
unconstitutional
torture
corruption
war crime
delusional

and you will see a picture of GWB and Darth Cheney as the answer to those words.
