- Well, can''t really call this a war. Didn''t call Korea and Vietnam wars either. This one is so much different from all the other wars, can''t believe we are not fighting a war, are just walking and driving down the roads like targets, lets fight a war, not just get out there and be targets.

Nice one.
Iraq and Afghanistan are looking more and more like the dual graveyards for our economy, society, and our dignity.
Holding those responsible for this catastrophe, to account for their actions and crimes, appears to be our only hope of salvaging any of these things.- Reply to this comment

Give me a break! Why would we waste someone who can provide more a positive impact to our country than Bush could ever hope for. - Reply to this comment
- Islam boasts a 1,3 billion membership - some 25% of the world population.
Yes - all belonging to the the bottom 25% of the world population measured in economic, educational, scientific, artistic levels.
Whoever heard of a muslim astronomer, an islamic observatory, or an islamic Nobel Prize winner in the fields of physics economics or medicine?
Apart from revenues from oil, no muslim nation has to this day yet elevated itself beyond any level of poverty and deprivation.
When the oil''s gone - it''s back to the goats and camels. - Reply to this comment

I agree that we have no business in Iraq. The part that bothers me most of all is the 31 percent who approve of the job that Bush is doing. The last 8 years have been a foreign policy disaster under this administration and they still blindly follow him?
I wish my boss was so understanding. I mean being able to totally screw things up and never be held accountable. - Reply to this comment

- Utterly insane, disgusting, and psychotic war we are in. It is the embarrassment of all that we hold sacred. Team Bush and all those affiliated with the lies that brought us to war should be impeached and convicted of high crimes and treason. They should be prosecuted for war crimes as well. To do anything less is to spit in the face of the civilization that we hold dear. I once supported this effort BEFORE I knew the truth. It is a scandal of HUGE import and HUGE consequences. We need a CHANGE in leadership and we need it NOW. We cannot even wait until November. Someone, please save our once beautiful republic!

- Meddling with islam is like sticking your hand in a hornets'' nest.
There''s no reasoning or logic. Just sheer hate, and blind attack....be it aimed at other sects or the "infidel".
No matter how much Shiites and Sunnis'' hate one another, the hate the infidel even more.
Anyone having read "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom" would know there''s no reasoning with this segment of the human race. - Reply to this comment
