In less than 8 years one idiot has made Amerikkka the laughing stock of the world. Anyoen who voted for him especially the second time around are no better than the people who raised there arms and saluted Hitler. You can all go to hell - Posted by jerryomara

LOL. Tough love but true. Bush is hardly the real problem. The issue has to do with millions of empty-headed American voters.

When it all comes down, guns will be the currency of America. Stockpile ammo.

Delusional - the definition of someone who believes that there is a real difference between the Democrats and Republicans. Demopublicans I call them. They all bow down before the Corporate entities who support them. Greed will bring this country down. We don''t need to fabricate external enemies plotting our demise. Although there are enough of them out there, in no way shape or form can they do as much damage as our own homegrown brand of economic terrorists. When the balloon goes up the rich and affluent may survive, but they will find it to be a bittersweet victory. At least I hope so. Many of them will die when the starving masses show up in their gated and secluded communities when they leave the cities that can''t be supplied with enough food or water to support their populations. If you don''t believe we''re on that road, look to history and study the collapse of every major civilization. Rome, Greece and Egypt can tell their tale among many others. The islands will probably survive, but even they can''t support their present populations without imports. The next three decades may well tell the story. Scoff and belittle the warning if you like, but historically the precedence is there. Greed is killing our way of life. Woe to the people who make wealth off of the toil of others and give no return, nor do they earn their bread by the sweat of their own brows.

This country is done for. Until we start seeing real American Patriots wiping out corrupt representatives, there will be no end. You can''t vote them out, the rigging is so insane your vote doesn''t even count anymore. Delegates and Super Delegates are a smack in the face to "one vote". And with so many in Washington happy with the level of corruption they''ve achieved you''re not going to see a change in the media''s lack of informing the ignorant. Why don''t the people know the history of the entire Bush Administration? Probably because no one is telling them. I hope the country will get better, but it doesn''t appear it even has a fighting chance.

Exactly! They loved the cold war and wanted it to last forever so money could flow to their favorite rich corporate military-industrial complex buddies. Truth is the Republicans flew into a panic when the USSR fell-it was a huge disaster for them and the "peace dividend" money almost got diverted into useful and valuable programs.

Conveniently, a new enemy was manufactured.

This $12Billion is really an investment--we are creating and funding terrorists and people who hate the USA on a huge scale, ensuring that the US and its citizens will be a target for decades. That is exactly what Bush/McCain hope for--then they can use their fear-mongering to get support for funding their corporate buddies to "save" us.

FOLK
S jsut think if we pulled immedsiately we would be over run by military men looking for jobs and what have you. No regardless of the cost as gw bush and dic cheney tells us we need to keep them there for ever, or until the price of crude continue to rise to the point it is about 1000.00 a barrel and then and only then can they come home. HOW DUMB OF YOU TO WANT THEM HOME ANY SOONER. Frank Bowers of Austin, TX
